A weight in my heart,
I search for it's presence in the darkest hour,
Though all I seem to end up with is emptiness.
All but one thing I ignore,
A simple emotion,
Carrying a simple ability to make me emotionless.
A simple emotion,
Powerful enough to make me forget happiness.
Simple emotion,
Which I calm down; sadness.
A simple emotion,
In which I break down; depression.
