Serayah(S): girl I dont know why my parents said this is my last day here

Mia(M): are yall moving?

S: oh no they have no money to move... I'm probably going to school on my side of town

M: no cause if they make u I'll be picking u up and dropping u off with no problem

S: mimi trust me u won't want to even go that way

M: if it's for my bestfriend yes or u could just stay at my house during the school week and go home on the weekends

S: my parent will never go for that

So I dont live on the best side of New York, i live in the Queens, and the schools on that side suck so my parent put me in a school on they nicer side of town. We dont really have much, I decided to help put by getting a job at Five guys. It help me get stuff I want and help pay bills.

This morning when my parents dropped me off they said say bye to Mia u won't see her again and they won't tell me way so I told Mia. I think I'm going to have to go to school on my side of town but me may just be moving.

I finished off my day at school and Mia waited with me until my parents showed up and then left in her car.

When I got in the car I noticed alot of shopping bags from store that I know we cant afford.

S: ma dad what are these bags for

Mom: u ur gonna try everything on

I start looking through the bags and they had hoochie momma stuff in it as my mom call them.

S: but u said these are hoochie mama cloths... u and dad said I'm never allowed to wear these ever.

Dad: but u can today

S: are yall sick or something

They didnt answer me just looked at eachother looking all nervous and weird.

When we got home they got all the bags out I didnt touch them cause I'm not wearing them. I went in my room to start homework and facetime Mia but my mom came in.

S: yes mom

Mom: help me pick out an outfit for u

S: nope *turning back to my homework

Mom: serayah that damn homeworl ain't important get up and pick an out fit

That this point I was terrified of my mom she has never acted like this EVER.

She makes me try on all of them

Mom: I like the last one just put the heels on

I put them on. I feel so uncomfortable because these shorts are too short as the shirt. I pull done it'll show my boobs so I grab a sweatshirt and put it on.

Dad: come on Serayah we have to be their in a 30 minutes

S: where

Dad: dont worry about that

We walk back out to the car with me tripping every other step I took. I well never wear heels there a work out.

I notice that were on the very rich side of New York. Then they stop at this house its was huge but the smallest one on the street.

Mom: is this the right place?

My dad just nods.

Mom: rayah I want u to know that I love with all my heart and I'll never forget u
