Chapter 7- No Rocky today?

Jade's Point of view

The next morning, I woke up, went to school, and came back home. It was just like a normal day. But the weird thing was that I didn't see rocky at school today. So I went over to his house.

Ross's Point of view

*ding dong* I heard the door bell ring and I ran to answer it.

"hi, Jade" 

"hi, Ross. Is Rocky here?" 

"yeah. He's in his room," I replied.  

"do you know why he didn't show up to school today?" 

"yeah. He was feeling really sick" 

"really?" 

"yep. do you want to go see him?" 

"sure"

Jade's POV

I went up to Rockys room and saw that he was sleeping. I didnt want to wake him up, so I slowly walked over to his bed. Then I felt someone drag me down. It was Rocky.

"hey. I thought you were sleeping," I said.  

"yes. But I heard you open the door" 

"how are you feeling?" 

"fine. I guess," he replied.  

"if I knew you were sick, I would have stayed with you instead of going to school" 

He smiled. "your so sweet. I would hug you but you might get sick," he said.  

"I'm willing to take my chances," I said as I hugged him.  

"well, Rocky, you better get some rest. See you tomorrow morning" 

"morning? But don't you have to go to school?" 

"I won't go. I'd rather stay here with you" 

"thanks. But you don't have to" 

"I know. I want to," I said as I left.

When I got home, I was kind of tired. So I took a shower, and realized it was eleven thirty. So I just went to bed.

The next morning, I got up and went to see Rocky.

  

I went up to his room and said, "hi. So are you feeling any better?"

"yeah, sort of" 

"good," I replied.

*One week later*

Rocky was better now, and he came back to school. That week, everything was perfect. Nothing could ruin it. But I was wrong.
