I walk down stairs and Joey follows .

"Who is it " I ask my mom and she shrugs

I walk towards the door and my smile fades . I look at his face and he seems so sad . He looks over at Joey and he stiffens

"Why's he here " asks Carlos with a hint of jealousy in his voice

"He's just hanging out " I respond

Joey walks away and heads back upstairs leaving us to talk

"Can we talk ? " his gaze falls down to his feet

Honestly I've been wanting to talk I really do miss him so I say yes . His face brightens up a little and I move out the door frame so he can come inside

"Look I'm sorry ok I really am ... I miss you . What I did was wrong and I'm sorry I know you need space but I'm breaking right now . Please give me another chance . Please?"

Tears go up in my eyes and I let my gaze fall down to my feet and he cups my face in his hands and i look him in the eyes

"I'm sorry" I mutter

"For what?" He replies sounding concerned

"I miss you too and I'm sorry if I hurt you I forgive you " I start to cry and he just hugs me I hug him back

I pull away and look somewhere else trying to avoid eye contact

"Can we try this again ? " he says

I look up at him

"Or are you with Joey?" He asks looking away sadly

"I'm not with Joey " I respond chuckling "but yeah we can re try but you have to promise me you'll never-"he stops me and his lips brush over mine .i kiss back and he pulls away

"I'm sorry I couldn't help it " he blushes "but I promise I will never hurt you again "

I give him a small smile and he hugs me again

"I really missed you" he whispers in my ear

"I missed you too" I whisper back

"Sooo umm I started another movie " Joey interrupts"

Carlos glares at him and Joey lifts up an eyebrow

"Carlos it's okay omg 😂" I say shoving him

"I'll go watch the movie in a bit Joey ,Carlos you wanna watch?"

"Yeah sure " he chuckles

I can tell he think it's awkward between us so I grab his hand and he interlocks our fingers

I take him upstairs and we sit on the corner of the bed and I look at the movie while Joey sits down

We watch the movie u til it's over and joey goes home

Carlos pecks my lips and I smile at him he smiles back and we lay down on the bed I move away trying to him him space but he pulls me towards him and I lay a hand on his chest while he wraps his arm around me . I smile and let sleep take over my mind .
