I wake up to the sound of my alarm and I sigh
Great . My phone starts ringing and I pick it up

"Helloooo?" I mumble

"Goodmorning sleepy head " jack says

"Heyy" I say and I chuckle

"Hurry up and get ready " he says

"Ugh okay fine I will " I groan and get up with the phone still up against my ear

"How'd you sleep ? " he asks

"Mehhhh I don't know " I say as I brush my teeth

"Same " he says and he laughs

"When did you wake up " I ask with toothpaste still in my mouth

"At 5:00" he says

I check the time and spit out the water that was rinsing my mouth "why " I ask

"I really don't know " he says

I hear the confusion in his voice and I laugh "wanna face time Once I'm done changing ?"

"Yeah sure " he says

"Alright ima go change be right back " I say

I hear him chuckle then I run and go change
When I finish changing I come back to the bathroom and request to FaceTime jack
He accepts and his face pops up

"Took you a while " he says

"Whateverrr" I say and he smiles l

I do my make up and head downstairs where I eat an apple "are you walking with me still?" I ask

"Yeah I'll head over rn " he says and I nod

"See ya " I say and he smiles then hangs up

Soon enough jack walks in my house and leans against the door frame
"Ready ?"

"Yeah" I get up and grab my backpack then we start our journey to hell

"Hey babe " Carlos says as I sit down in front of him

" hey loser " I say and he pouts

I turn around and kiss him " I'm kidding "

"I know " he says

Once class finishes I head to the lunch room with Carlos holding my hand . I see gio walk by and he heads towards the table where two girls follow . The girls desperately try flirting with him and it makes me gag

I reluctantly head towards the table with my head down and sit quietly

"Hey y/n" jack says as he sits down in front of me

"Hey " I say as I lay my head on Carlos's shoulder

I look at gio and he looks up at me my eyes widen and I quickly look away

"Y/n?" He says

"Huh ?" I mutter

"You go to this school ?"

"Yeahhh-" Carlos cuts me off

"Wait you guys know each other ? " Carlos asks

"Yeah we used to d-" I cut him off with a warning look and he catches himself

"We used to be best friends " he says calmly

"Oh that's lit " Carlos says

Alex and the rest of the crew Join and we finish lunch

After lunch I quickly stand up from the table and walk away a hand taps my shoulder and I turn around "yes?"

Gio stands there and he looks sad "why didn't you tell me you were leaving ?"

3 years ago I dated gio .. for about 6 months until my mom decided it was time to move . I didn't tell him because I couldn't handle saying goodbye . So I left . I blocked his number and all social media he has . I regret it too.
