"So gio wants to sit at our table for lunch " jack says as we sit down
"what?." I boldly say
"He wants to-"
"Why didn't you tell me earlier !!?" I whisper yell
"Because I-" jacks interrupted by Carlos
"Hey jack , hey babe " he says and he wraps his arms around me

"Hey" jack says
Alex , Michael , Joey and the girls come join the table
"Hey y'all" I say
They all say hey back and soon enough I see gio and Brandon walking towards the table .
"I'm going to the bathroom" I say and quickly leave the table without waiting for any responses when I turn the corner I wipe my eyes and head to the drinking fountain . I hear footsteps behind me so I pause
"Oh there you are" I hear jack say
"Hey jack " I smile at him "what are you doing here?" I ask
"Just making sure your not alone " he responds as he leans himself against the wall
I take another sip then I smile at him "alright"
"We should go back sooner or later though before people get suspicious " he says
"Your right " I say and I sigh
" or I could say you went to class early" he says as he gets off the wall
"Yeah , would you ?"
"Of course I'll go right now "
"Thanks " I say and he nods
He walks back to the table and I head to my locker since It's in the direction of my next class . Once I reach my locker I open it and retrieve my books when I close the locker door I drop my books from my hand and almost fall backwards
"Woah sorry babe " Carlos says that he grips my arm
"That's alright " I say and I smile at him
He leans down and plants a kiss on my lips"why aren't you at lunch?" He asks
"I'm going to class early " I say and he raises an eyebrow
"Hmmm okay then " he says "I want to introduce you to gio " he says
"Oof okay..." I say
And he drags me back to the cafeteria where jack gives me a wide eyed expression
" yo gio this is y/n" Carlos says
"Hi" I say while keeping my head down
"Sup" he says after a long pause
"Alright I'm going to class " I say and skiddadle from the scene and into class
