Epilogue:
Patrick found his love in Sophie, they both managed to hold each other up throughout high school, graduating with him being a teacher at his school, helping children who were like him, and her becoming a freelance writer, publishing mostly society-critical texts but also some fantasy novels. They bought a home after a few years and are expecting their second child soon.
Nick had found his own love in Lily, they were close, making it through high school kinda tight but got their diploma still. They both lived out their days with Lily's parents, moving into their own part of the house and adding onto it so it was almost a full house they had. Nick eventually got the house from his parents, renting out the place and living off the money with Lily becoming an employee for Wizards of the Coast, designing new villains and heroes for Dungeons and Dragons where she loved working.
