It All Started With A Game (Shownu x Reader)

I look back up at Juheon, "yah... why's there two Taehyung?", I furrowed my brows. Jooheon cocked an eyebrow, "what are you talking about? There's only one Taehyung". I stood up from my seat and quickly called Taehyung.

"Jagiya? What's wrong? Why aren't you starting the game?"

"Taehyung-ii....what is your username?"

"*sigh* I thought you already knew? It's 'AnnoyingTaeCer'"

My eyes widened as I heard his username.

"yah.... don't joke around Taehyung-ii, jebal tell me the truth"

"hah? Why would I be joking around? I am 'AnnoyingTaeCer', didn't you remember? When we first met each other you asked me whether I'm the annoying racer? And I did told you yes, my username is the annoying racer"

I went silent. Then....who the hell is HYUN18????!!??!?!?!?!

"Jagiya? Are you there?"

"........."

"jagiya? Are you okay?? Please answer me"

"ah, aniya.... I'm okay... let's just start the race".

The colour in my eyes disappeared as I realized that I got the wrong person. All this time, HYUN18 is still anonymous to me, here I thought he was Taehyung but boy I was wrong, SO wrong.

I didn't realized that they had start the race, my sport car is indeed moving but was moving in a wrong direction since I didn't steer the wheel. After realizing it, I quickly regain my composure and took the yellow nitro before I drove at it's full speed, passing Jooheon and Minhyuk's car.

As usual, Wonho was taking the lead, while HYUN18 took the second and AnnoyingTaeCer took the third. I was a few feet away from Taehyung's car when he started to speed up but I quickly caught up and wrecked his car so I could race against this unknown mysterious anonymous racer who had been racing with us from time to time and don't forget, he also annoyed the hell out of me by cheating.

"dangshin nuguya(who the heck are you?)", I growled which was very unlikely for a girl but who cares!!? My pride is on the line here!

I tried my best to wreck his car so I could have a revenge on this guy but DARN IT he's fast!

"you seem reeaalllyyy troubled pet, we did told you that we think you got the wrong person when we were at the arcade", I heard Kihyun said before he peeked over my shoulder to watch me race.

"I know right, all of us knew who that racer was but you completely told a different story as if we were on the same country but a total different route", I.M interrupted.

"but you were so into it and even took a liking to Taehyung who's not even the guy who paid for us at the arcade", Hyungwon added lastly.

After hearing his words, my eyes widened in realization. I thanked Taehyung who's not the one who's paying the game. Now I feel guilty for not thanking the right person and there I was thanking some random people who doesn't have any idea why I thanked him.

I'm so stupid.

"andwae!(no!)", I squeaked as my car wrecked when I crashed onto a huge truck, darn it, I lose focus. I quickly regain my composure and raced back, now I'm the last. Darn it.

I pressed on the nitro and tried my best to chase the second last, I went pass Minhyuk and Jooheon, then passing by Taehyung by wrecking his car from the side.

Only to be back where I first was, trailing behind 'HYUN18'. I was near by the finish line. Sadly, Wonho got first while HYUN18 and me got 2nd and 3rd. Once the race declared who got who, I got up and stomped my way to Jooheon.

"explanation", I squint my eyes at him, demanding a clear explanation from Jooheon, who knew something that I don't.

He put both his hands up in surrender, "it'll be fun if you just guess who he is than me telling you who, right?", he smirked mischievously in the end. I puffed my cheeks and whined, "I made a HUGE mistake, and you won't help me.....that's so unfair".

He grinned and ruffled my upper hair gently, "we wanted to but.....sadly... HYUN18 didn't want us to tell you". I huffed an annoyed sigh and looked around, "where's Shownu-yah?", I look around.

"kitchen", Hyungwon pointed out with his usual sweet smile. I smiled up to him and scurried over to the kitchen, he was facing the fridge but he was holding his phone instead. Probably he's searching something from google, so I peeked through his arm (since he's so tall) and found out that he was racing.

"you should seat while you race, you know?", my words made him dropped his phone from his hold and he has a shocked-looking expression. As if he saw a ghost. Ouch.

I shook my head in disbelief before bending down to grab his phone but he quickly grabbed it before I did. "Shownu-yah, which game racing are you playing?", I asked while looking at him with a blank facade. He looked at me with a nervous look but he quickly look away and scurried away from the kitchen to lock himself in the room.

Cocking an eyebrow, I find out that his behaviours was a LITTLE BIT weird. I went out from the kitchen and stared at his room that was locked. "did he do something weird?", Wonho asked while he shifted his eyes from me to Shownu's shared room door.

"I'm not sure...... but I think so, he was startled to see me.....and he still won't talk to me", I sighed in the end and frowned to myself. "ey~ gwenchana~", Wonho wrapped one of his arm around my shoulder before patting the side of my arm, "I'm sure he'll open up to you".

"but he had been like that for 5 day straight", I whined while pouting. "hyung's ego is over-the-top if you ask me", he smirked as he dragged me to the sofa to seat down with the others.
