Chapter 3: Jealously

Sara's POV

-You can do this, you can defeat it!- Constantine said.

We were having one of our training lessons on my resistance.

I resisted for something like ten minutes and it was a record for me but I couldn't resist anymore.

After a few minutes Constantine smiled and threw the blood bag to me.

I started drinking it and I felt a lot better.

-You are improving very fast- he said.
I didn't listen to him, I was so thirsty!
After I finished drinking I smiled at him.

-Thank you- I said.

He smiled too and my look fell on his neck. My teeth sharpened: I didn't drink Ava's blood that morning as I did always in those last weeks and I was thirsty.

-John...- I said.

He looked at me and immediately understood; he nodded so I approached to him and bit him slowly.

His blood started to fall in my throat; I growled pulling him closer to me.

-Hey Sara... You'll kill me if you continue this way- he said.

I tightened him with more power and kept drinking.

-Sara... I know you can stop, imagine I'm Ava, you don't want to kille her right?-.

When he pronunciate the name "Ava" something shot in my head and I stepped away from Constantine.

-I'm... I'm so sorry- I said.

-It's ok, at least now we know how to stop you before you leave people without blood- he said and I nodded.

Ava's POV

I hated him so much! Why was he always with Sara?! I knew it was for training but she was my girlfriend, not his.

-Are you ok Ava?- Mona asked from my office door.

-Yeah just...-.

-Jealous? Yeah I can see that- she said -I'm going to see if Nora needs help, would you like to come?-.

-Yeah I need some distraction-.

It could sound weird but in those last weeks the relationship between Nora and I became a lot better. She was nice and completely different from her father.

-Hey Nora!- Mona said while we entered the cell.

She smiled.

-Hey it's good to see you here- she said and then looked at me -Are you ok Ava?-.

-She is jealous of Constantine as usual- Mona answered before I could say something.

-Oh. You don't have to be jealous, Sara loves you and you know that- Nora said.

-I know but... There's something between them that... I don't know!-.

-You trust Sara?- Nora asked.
-Of course I do!-.

-Then trust her and don't be jealous-.

I sighed. Nora was right, Sara loved me and she would never cheat on me.
It was Constantine the one I didn't trust.

That evening I came back home and found Sara cooking dinner.

-Oh here you are! I decided to try to cook something- she said approaching me.

-We both know that you can't cook- I said smiling.

Sara was so bad in cooking but the fact that she tried to cook something for me made me very happy.

She approached more to me and took my hands.

-Look I know I'm spending a lot of time with Constantine but... I want you to know that I love you and that I would never cheat on you. Never- she said.

I smiled and kissed her.

She pulled me closer to her and I started to move my hands on her body.
-I love you- I said.

-Love you too- she said and kissed me again.

Next day I went to the Time Bureau and did a thing that a lot wouldn't agreed: I freed Nora.
She wasn't bad and talking with her the day before helped me to believe more in Sara so I decided that it was time to her to end suffering for what her father did.
-I... I don't knwo what to say- she said.
-Just promise me to be careful. Where are you going?-.
-I think I'll stay on the Waverider, Ray and I... He needs a chance with me-.
I smiled.
Another witch on the Waverider... maybe she could keep Sara away from Constantine.
