Part 15: Epilogue

(So I sorta promised this awhile ago didn't I? *Nervous laughter* Sorry it took so long, I don't really have an excuse as to why it took so long I kinda just forgot. Sorry again)

YN's POV
I woke up to Velvet nudging my shoulder in an attempt to wake me up. I pulled her closer nuzzling my head into her neck with my eyes still closed. She giggled softly and moved her hand into my hair "You're already awake aren't you?" She asked softly

"No" I mumbled against her neck

She giggles again causing an infectious smile to appear on my face "We've got a long air ship ride today YN" she said softly but wasn't actively trying to wake me anymore, just wrapping her arms around me

"5 m-... 15 more minutes" I smiled

She smiled and buried her head into my hair "Okay hun" she smiled

We were only able to cuddle for about 7 of the agreed 15 minutes until the two things I lovingly refer to as "gremlins" jumped on top of us "Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" They chanted bouncing on top of us

"Who dares awaken my slumber!" I said dramatically as I wrapped an arm around each of them and pulled them between me and Velvet as they laughed.

I opened my eyes and smiled at them. They were me and Velvet's daughters. The slightly older one was Violet. She has long brown hair and long bunny ears just like Velvet along with my EC eyes. Then Vermillion or Vily for short. Violet was 5 and Vermillion was 4. She has long brown hair like Velvet but she hasn't grown into her ears yet, so they're to big and droop slightly.

Velvet picked Vermillion up as she sat up and I sat Violet on my stomach "Good morning" I giggled

Violet giggles and rested her chin on my chest "Good morning dad" she said causing me to almost instantly smile "Can you guys get up now. I wanna go" she whined jokingly

I laughed "Alright, Alright. We'll be down in a second" I said

"Yay" She cheered and ran out of the room

Vermillion managed to crawl out of Velvets grasp and follow her older sister. "I love them" I giggled looking at Velvet

She nodded smiling softly "Me too" she said as she stretched her arms above her head and climbed out of bed

I kissed her cheek making her blush as we both got changed and met our kids downstairs, eating a quick breakfast before we all left. We then started our trip to the airship docks. After everything that happened in Vale and Beacon. We couldn't stay, let alone settle down there. Talking with her parents we all decided to move to Vacuo, Near Shade Academy since it's where her and her parents were originally from before she came to Beacon. I wasn't against it since I didn't really have anything to keep in Vale. The one thing keeping me there was gone so I was free to go with Velvet. My one request was Finn, Aubrey, and Lena visit every once in a while.

We boarded the airship and were finally on our way to Menagerie, to meet with Gera Belladonna and the reformed and once again peaceful White Fang. Though my father and mother were no longer around to control the Order it still existed and it fell to me. I called a rally for humans that were supportive of Faunus rights as well as the remaining members of the Order. I disbanded the Order and formed a new group now named "The Opal Hand" Original isn't it? We pretty much ripped off their naming scheme but nobody seems to have noticed. Though since I called the members of the Order along with calling supporters of Faunus rights at the same rally to give two different messages. The ensuing riot was less than ideal. Though after that was dealt with we now had a group that supported Faunus from both races.

We were now on our way to Menagerie to make the partnership official. It's taken a long, long time for us to actually be able to do this but it will have been worth it... Hopefully. Me and Velvet signed up to become a Huntsman and Huntress so of course we still did that. Using that as our job and The Opal Hand as more of a hobby of sorts. We continued to go on hunts sometimes I tagged along with CVFY or she'd tag along with TN or we'd just go as a pair which was my personal favourite honestly. I liked staying with TN and sometimes CVFY but Velvet's my favourite. She's always been my favourite for this stuff, even over Finn.

The airship eventually began landing as Violet and Vermillion ran to the slowly opening doors "Ready Bunny?" I asked

She giggles blushing lightly as she nodded and stood up taking my hand. I stood up interlocking our fingers as the doors opened and the four of us exited. The rally or ceremony or whatever we were calling it didn't start for a few hours so we had time to explore. As we walked around we got a few strange looks just because I didn't have any clearly visible Faunus qualities, though they weren't looks of hatred like Velvet used to get in Vale just curiousity.

We took our sweet time exploring the island until I got a strange but very familiar feeling in my head "Took you long enough" Aubrey said in my head

I looked around quickly trying to find her "What is it YN?" Velvet asked confused

"Just me" Aubrey said walking up to us with a smile

She was then flanked by Finn and Lena. Finn had grown a think beard and had changed his coat to be around waist height instead of the long duster coat he had. He's gotten a lot more fashionable ever since he started dating Coco. Aubrey had grown out her hair to be much longer that it used to be. It used to be pretty long but she kept it in her hoodie hood but now she just Let's it down. Lena on the other hand now kept her hair in a short ponytail that drifts past her shoulder. "Hey lover boy" Finn smiled with a coe

I rolled my eyes "It's been 3 seconds and I already don't miss you" I laughed as we all walked up to each other

"How've you been YN?" He asked

"Good. How's you and Coco?" I asked

He rubbed the back of his neck chuckling nervously "Well, let's just say you're gonna need to give me some tips on how to raise a kid" he chucked shyly

I laughed "Congrats dude" I said as I turned to my other teammates "And how are you two?" I asked

"Good" Aubrey smiled and pecked Lena's cheek causing her to blush and the rest of us to laugh

"It's good to see you all again" Velvet said

"Yeah it is but, why are you guys here?" I asked

"Well we know what you're doing with The Opal Hand and I have a personal stake in that whole bis" Aubrey said

"And I'm just tagging along with her" Lena smiled

"And Coco is 5 months pregnant which means she can't wear any of her outfits and she is exceptionally mad about it. So I decided to check on you" Finn explained

"You mean you're hiding" I laughed

"I don't phrase it that way" Finn shrugged

I rolled my eyes and smiled "Well it's nice to see you all, wanna walk around with us?" I asked

They nodded and accompanied us exploring the island. Aubrey grew up on Menagerie so she acted as our guide for the rest of our trip around the island. But eventually the time came where we had to go to the rally. When we approached there was a bigger crowd then I expected. I guess this is the capital of Faunus after all. Me and Velvet walked through a curtain leading to the stage as Finn took Vermillion and Lena took Violet. We saw a large mostly grey haired man, Blake who had only changed her usual outfit from the last time I saw her, and who I can only assume is her mother waiting for us with a smile.

The unification of The White Fang and The Opal Hand was finally over. Of course this wasn't gonna make discrimination go away entirely but it was a step in the hopefully right direction. After the ceremony and everything we decided stay in Menagerie for a few days. We found a nice place to stay and we getting ready to sleep. I wrapped my arms around Velvet from behind and kissed her cheek resting my head on her shoulder "I love you Velvet" I said softly

"I love you too" She said softly

I giggled and picked her up carrying her towards our bed despite her protests

(That concludes the story, sorry if it's not as good as you hoped. Part of the reason I took so long was because I have trouble thinking of epilogues but I hope it's as good as people hoped)
