you both arrived safely to the car, hence the crowd of people that were following you

it was so overwhelming, you didn't know how idols deal with this everyday

"you ok" he asked softly, his voice knocking you off track of your train of thoughts

you nodded, looking out of the window as jungkook drove away from the coffee shop.

the night was rather calming. the streets weren't busy at all. they were usually filled with cars and people walking, especially at this time, the night life was ridiculous

"our apartment is a mess so don't expect anything fancy" he said, pulling up in front of the building.
that was fast, you thought

you looked up to see a tall apartment building, three stories high that was completely covered in windows everywhere. of course there were curtains, they were the biggest boy band in the world, they needed their privacy

once you guys were inside, you stared in absolute awe

the place was so modern and sleek. marble countertops, dark wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, tall white walls

despite the mess, the home was gorgeous

"hyungs?" jungkook's voice echoed through the apartment.

less then a minute later, the one and only Kim Seokjin greeted you both in the living room

he was more gorgeous in person

"Woah jungkookie, who's this?" he asked.

you bowed "여보세요. 나는 최수정입니다, 만나서 반갑습니다. (Hello, I'm choi soojung, nice to meet you"

he smiled and bowed back at you. "hyung, soojung is a close friend of mine that i met a few months ago. her brother is soohee hyung" jungkook said

"oh my gosh, im so pleased to meet you soojung. your brother is an amazing guy and a very good friend of mine" he eagerly said

you giggled at his enthusiasm "my brother is not that amazing, he's just boring, old soohee"

he smiled "here, i'll bring you some coffee, make yourself at home"

~time passes~

the other guys come down and introduce themselves. they were all so kind and funny but you were really hitting it off with namjoon

you guys had been talking and laughing nonstop for about 45 minutes now, focusing on topics like classical movies, poetry, and making lots of dumb jokes

the rest of the guys were playing board games but jungkook found it hard to concentrate when all he kept doing was looking at you and namjoon

snap out of it jeongguk. your girlfriend just passed away, you cannot be jealous over a girl your not even dating he thought

eventually, he focused back on the game and ignored you and namjoon's giggles

"you're an amazing guy, namjoon. how do even come up with such powerful, meaningful lyrics?" you asked him

"i just write from experience and things that ive seen other people struggle with. you know, i have so many unreleased songs about me falling in love" he said

"what's love to you?" you asked. you needed advice from a wise person and that person was definitely namjoon. you were so torn between jungkook and hyunwoo

you missed hyunwoo so much, without a doubt you wanted him back so bad but then there was jungkook. he smelled like strawberries, he's so kind and real.

"well you have the friendship/ protective love which is giving someone everything they ever wanted even if it hurts you. love is putting the other before yourself. there's that love but there's also the love where you just can stop thinking about the person. you want to be with them 24/7. you want to be able to kiss and cuddle them whenever you want. you want to look into their eyes forever. you want to call them mine" he finished

you stared at him speechless " gosh, you're such a genius". He laughed, showing his dimples

you were definitely in love with jungkook. but the friendship kind, you saw him as a caring older brother.

you knew you were in love with hyunwoo though, you wanted him back but you didn't know how to get him back

before you knew it, it was three in the morning which meant it was time for you to go home

the guys were hugging you and begging you not to leave. you giggled and promised to be back soon

"goodbye soojung. remember if you ever need anything, just give me a call" namjoon said, pulling you into a tight embrace

this left jungkook staring at you both in awkward silence before clearing his throat

once you were in the car, you just wouldn't shut up about the boys, especially namjoon

"yeah, they're in love with you" he laughed. "what" you asked

he chuckled "isn't it obvious, my hyungs think you're drop dead gorgeous and have the best personality. i bet you namjoon is in his room right now writing a song about you"

"you think so?" you asked him, unsure about what he said. "hell yeah. hoseok couldn't keep his eyes off you, he was practically drooling over you"

"you should definitely go out with namjoon, he definitely liked you and you two hit it off immediately. you'd be perfect together" he said

it hurt him so much to say that but he took the adive namjoon gave him, the same advice he gave you

"you think so?" you smiled completely oblivious

jungkook could feel tears forming in his eyes but he held back from crying. he looked at you noticing how happy you were. he smiled through the pain and tears.

"definitely" he whispered
