Rain is a half mermaid half fairy, or a fairy with a tail. Picture above is what her wings and tail look like. She knows Mavis and was her friend living in the ocean when Mavis was in Red Lizard. Everyone can see her, however she prefers to go unseen in fear of people looking to capture her.
She can fly outside of water to move around she's on land, however she needs to touch water often to stay alive.
