Tommy was trying to get his white guitar plugged into the amplifiers.

They weren't working for some reason.

I ate a bag of popcorn and had my coke with me.

"Oh, we're not playing here tonight. The stadium is on the other side of the city".

Paul Stanley wiped the sweat off his forehead with a towel.

Then, he saw me.

"You're right on time, but what took you so long to get here"?

Eric Singer watched as I stood up and smiled sheepishly.

"Nobody was out there, so I just wandered around until I finally got here".

After a while, with the equipment and instruments packed up, everybody took off.

I was without a way to get where the band was going to put on a concert.

"You can ride with us if you want, can she ride with us in the limo Paul"?

Eric looked over at Paul, who was still looking quite muscular for a sixty something year old.

"Yeah, we might as well, if you don't have someone you know to take you there". 

I got in and sat down and waited for the band to grab their instruments.

Tommy was carrying his white electronic guitar.

Paul had his guitar over his shoulder.

Gene had the bass guitar in his lap.

And of course, Eric the Catman was twirling his drumsticks in his hand
