This story was written with the intention of fulfilling a requirement for a class. However, it has turned into something that I have a passion for and would like to share with the world. To fully enjoy this book, I feel that it is imperative for you, the wonderful reader, to understand the purpose behind the stylistic and plot choices I have made in the final product. As you will notice once you begin to venture into the story, there are two different worlds. One is a fantasy setting and the other is a real world setting where both you and I live. There are discrete details in both parts that allow you to draw parallels between both realities. The ultimate purpose for this is to show the reader that while something may seem as minuscule as insulting another person, its equivalent (even though dramatized) in the fantasy world holds just as much merit and significance.
