It WILL be about 20 chapters shorter than The Golden Girl (OH THANK FREAKING GOODNESS) and I'm trying to make sure chapters aren't as long either (though no one complained specifically, they're just a struggle to edit when they're nearing 3K words, lol).

I always knew I wanted a red theme for this book, because it deals with lots of anger & passion. Just so you know, the original title was supposed to be The Golden Mistress but then I realized I didn't want all the readers to figure out the ending of The Golden Girl by seeing it... so it became The Golden Duchess.
