Chapter 5

I opened my hotel room and closed it once I got inside. My back was leaning the door and I started crying hysterically and I was hugging my knees.

Liza and James was comforting me rubbing my back and hugging me. I guess Liza woke James up and told him about earlier, I was thankful for my best friends who's always by my side. Once I was finally calm, they started the conversation.

"What happened?" Liza asked.

"I told him the lie, that I got engaged in a car crash. The one I planned" I replied.

"But why are you crying?" James asked.

After all those times I kept telling myself that I disgust him, that I don't love him anymore, that I don't care about him, I was wrong. I was still into him every time I looked into his eyes. What is wrong with me? I thought I forgot everything about him.

"Be-because I still love him" I cried.

"Zara you kno-" James said but I cut him off.

"I know he hurt me and I thought I forgot everything about him. I kept telling myself that I disgust him but every time I kept looking into his eyes I got lost. I'm falling for him again. I'm so stupid, I love him but I don't want him anymore!" I exclaimed.

"I guess first love never dies" Liza sighed.

I fell asleep on both James and Liza's arms last night and I noticed I was placed in my owned bed. The last time I check we were near the door.

Liza was still asleep on her bed and I guess James was in his room. It was 7am and I'm already starving. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and have a relaxing shower. I wore a nice floral dress because the 3 of us planned that we're going to a meeting today at the airport office at 11am.

I woke Liza up and waited for her to finish her business and I call James and he was already ready.

Finally Liza was done and the 3 of us went to the restaurant to eat our breakfast and the boys are there looking at us with smiles on their faces.

"Just act normal, Zara" Liza said.

We set our stuffs at the table near them, like hey, don't blame me if that's the only table which is available at the moment.

"Good morning Zara!" Daniel said.

"You look wonderful today" Jonah added.

I turn around and I saw them smiling at me. I look at Zach who only gave me a faint smile.

"Uhmm. Hey Good Morning. I'm sorry but can I get your names? I knew Zach but not all of you" I said.

They said their names and I greeted them like I never met them before.

"I just going to grab my breakfast now" I smiled.

I turn around and was about to approach and grab a plate when Zach called my name. Of course he's going to call me.

"Hey Zara. Can I talk to you just a second?" He asked.

"Sure Zach. What is it?" I said as I tried to put some food on my plate not looking at him.

"Do you wanna go out tonight? I mean, if your busy I can reschedule it. I just really want to know a lot about you" He said.

Stop it Zach. You know everything about me and I don't want you in my life ever again.

"Sure. Tonight at 8pm. I'll be in the pool area" I replied.

Dumbass me. Is it possible to slap myself so hard that will leave me unconscious?

"Great! Thank you!" Zach smiled.

I sat at my table and eat my breakfast and chitchatting with James and Liza about the agenda that will be happening at the meeting today but I always have a glance at Zach who's looking at me but I ignore him.

Zach's POV

Last night I was crying. I told the boys what happened and the question I asked her. They were saddened that Zara had experienced those terrible days without me and I was the one to blame.

Yes, a man like me cried. Man-child for everyone but definitely man.

We were eating our breakfast and talking about meetings that we have for today.

"Yo! Zara's coming!" Corbyn said.

I directly look and there I saw her. She's wearing a floral dress and her dyed blonde hair was in a neat bun and she was wearing a natural makeup. I lost in a trance.

"Good morning Zara!" Daniel said.

"You look wonderful today" Jonah added.

I was still speechless on how beautiful she was and I'm still smiling at her.

"Uhmm. Hey Good Morning. I'm sorry but can I get your names? I knew Zach but not all of you" Zara said.

The boys said their names and Zara greeted them.

"I just going to grab my breakfast now" she smiled.

Damn. She's so beautiful.

I watch her walking away when Jonah hit me with his elbow and I look at him with 'what was that for' face.

"Go ask her out!" He whisper yelled at me.

I immediately stood up and call her.

Hey Zara. Can I talk to you just a second?" I asked.

"Sure Zach. What is it?" She replied not looking at me.

"Do you wanna go out tonight? I mean, if your busy I can reschedule it. I just really want to know a lot about you" I said.

"Sure. Tonight at 8pm. I'll be in the pool area" she replied.

I was so happy that she said yes! I thought she's going to say no because I know she was busy about her work or plans with her friends.

"Great! Thank you!" Zach smiled.

I return from where I was seated and a smile were plastered on my face. I thank Jonah for that and I am still looking at her. I need to win her back before anyone else will.
