8 Cheesecake

It's currently Friday and I am bored af.

Tomorrow's the party, and ive got nothing to do. :(

That's why i decided to go out and have a walk alone because Haeun's at school and Lisa's on a date.

I quickly changed my clothes:
An oversized black shirt, tucked in a high-waist white denim shorts.

I've been walking for 10mins and im enjoying the fresh air.

I was waiting for the green to light up so i can cross the road, when i saw him on the other side.

It seems that he hasn't notice me yet as he was looking at his phone.

Finally, he lifted his head, looked at the traffic lights, and then looked straight ahead.

It took him a couple of seconds till he finally noticed me, who was staring at him right at the other side.

He stared for a while then suddenly smiled widely then waved at me.

It wasn't just a normal wave. He looked so excited, waving his hands up so high, that it looked like he was trying to catch a fly somewhere high above his head.

It made people look at him weirdly.

Not only him, me too.

I gave a small wave back, embarrassed.

Then he made a gesture. He pointed at me then high-fived the air, then pointed at himself, then pointed at me. Got that?

I think he was trying to say that he'll come to me. Yup, i think so.

Why is my heart beating so fast?

Jungkook can finally cross the road so he quickly dashed across, dodging the people who were crossing too.

He felt so excited.

He thought that she looked very beautiful today.

"Hi", he smiled while panting when he reached her

"Calm down", Eunmi laughed

"Im calm. What're you up to?", he asked

"Uh- I- uh- I was going to this shop!", she replied hurriedly, randomly pointing to the shop beside her

"A cake shop? Is it someone's birthday?"

"Nah, i wanted to have cake"

"Would you mind if i join you?", he asked, anticipating her answer

"No, sure you can join me", she said

"Let's go then!", he dragged her towards the cake shop, holding on her wrist.

Eunmi's POV

There's only one thing i can say:

I don't regret coming to this cake shop.

I am currently eating a slice of blueberry cheesecake, my favorite, and a caramel macciato with it.

"Is it your day off today?", he asked

"Yeah. You too?"

He nodded his head, biting on his choco chip muffin.

"So you like blueberry cheesecakes?", he asked again

"I live for it", i answered, making an 'ok' sign, making him chuckle at my behavior

"I've been winning a lot of the missions lately", i bragged

"We don't always get the same missions hunny, i win a lot too", he defended, though i was taken back by the sudden nickname

"Lies", i said to cover up my shyness

He made a hurt look and said,

"I can prove it! Do you know how much i earned this month?"

"Don't need to know babe. I probably earned more than you did", i smirked

How do you like being nicknamed huh? That's how i felt about earlier! Mwahahahaha

He blushed so hard that he stopped talking.

After that,

Silence.

I was feeling a bit awkward so i decided to ask him about something

"So how old are you? You never answered that question"

"Older than you", he replied, munching on his muffin, barely talking

I put my fork down and looked at him in disbelief

"I asked how old you are, how many years you've lived, not if you're older than me", i spat at him

He chuckled and said,

"You're cute"

I blushed hard at that, making him chuckle even more so i said,

"Let me repeat. How ol-"

"21", he cut me off

"See? Older than you", he continued, chuckling at me

I was silent for a minute, but continued to eat my cheesecake and said,

"It's just a year anyway, what if i was born on December 31, and you were born on January 1?", i blabbered

"Were you born on Dec 31?", he asked, raising his eyebrow

"No...", i quietly replied

"So i AM older than you", he mocked me

"It's just by a year anyway", i frowned, finishing my cheesecake

He chuckled at me, revealing his bunny teeth. Cute. Stop

"Since im older than you....", he started, taking his last bite of his muffin

"You should call me, you know, that word", he said, eyeing me, expecting something

"What word?", i asked, confused

"Older than me....", i whispered as i put on my thinking face

"Yes...", he said, waiting for it

"OLD MAN!", i exclaimed, pointing at him

His smile faded as he looked around and apologized

I looked around too and everyone was looking at us.

I quickly bowed to them slightly, then facepalmed myself

"So you call your older brother an old man?", he asked, glaring at me

"No....", i whispered

"Then what do you call him?", he asked again, a bit annoyed

"I don't have a brother tho...", i smiled at him apologetically

He sighed.

That's the longest sigh i've heard.

"Oppa"

"That's what you should call me", he said, giving up

I looked at him in disbelief and said,

"Are you kidding me? Wanna die?", i told him

"It's just right if you call me that! Im older than you!", he argued

"No way!", i defended

He gave me a look as if im an alien

"Anyway, im going home", i suddenly said, standing up

"Wait! Ill take you home", he got up, took his coat and ran to me
