It was a rainy day on the 15th of May 1994 in New York. It was also the day that Joseph Conor Reagan, the younger brother of Danny Reagan and Erin Reagan and older brother of Jamie Reagan, became a father to Joseph Frank Reagan Jr. It was the day that changed the Reagan family forever.
