"There are no rules for this fight," Hibari explained, holding his tonfas up. "You only have two choices: defeat me... or die."

"I'll defeat you."

Hibari grinned, his hair shadowing his eyes. "Come."

Satsuki stood to the side and watched Tsuna fly around the room, pretty much destroying it since he kept breaking the floor and walls as he crashed into them. Hibari had the upper hand since Tsuna can't control the new gloves. Tsuna flew back, but Hibari appeared above him. Tsuna's gloves then let out a huge burst of flames, sending him flying back and landing hard on the ground.

He slowly got up, confused.

"What are you trying to pull?" Hibari frowned, looking down at Tsuna.

"It seems like this version of his new gloves have a peak characteristic." Reborn observed.

Lal turned to him. "What do you mean?"

"From the look on Tsuna's face, I'm guessing that the flame didn't come out the way he expected."

"He is moving around rather awkwardly. Wasn't it because he was just overwhelmed by the power of the flame?"

"He should be able to control it, even if that were the case. The normal X gloves rise in proportion to his dying will. These new gloves of his probably jumps in power and he couldn't control that properly, so he was cast backwards."

"Looks like we got a wild one here." Satsuki grinned.

The battle paused for a second as Tsuna clenched his hands, testing them. Hibari frowned, lowering his arms. Satsuki can sense his bloodlust dwindling.

"Oi," Hibari called out to him. "Remember what I told you?"

The flame on Tsuna's head flickered. "I have to defeat you, right?"

Hibari smiled again and Tsuna blasted towards him. Hibari stood there, and as Tsuna got close enough, he punched him in the stomach, sending him to the far wall. Satsuki giggled at Hibari's expression.

"I'm disappointed in you," He shook his head. "I have no interest in weaklings. I guess I'll just end it with the box weapon..."

He reached into his pocket and his eyes narrowed, he turned and saw Tsuna use his sky flames to launch Roll from the box and towards Hibari. Hibari smiled again at the stunt Tsuna pulled and released a similar hedgehog from another box buried in his pocket.

"Let me tell you how the boxes came to be."

Satsuki zoned out until Hibari grabbed her by the hand, dragging her out of the room. She looked back and saw the room a mess, remains of purple flames fluttered to the ground and Lal attempted to slap Tsuna awake.

"Hey, Hibari! Miss Manager!" Yamamoto came into the room. "Have you seen the little guy?"

"Who knows?" Hibari dismissed. Satsuki sent Yamamoto a look, silently apologizing for Hibari's behavior.

"Hey, Lal!" Satsuki called back to her. The ex-Arcobaleno turned around, still clutching Tsuna's shirt. "Make sure that idiot gets stronger so Hibari won't be so disappointed next time!"

She giggled when Hibari pulled her closer and they entered the elevator, leaving the room. The elevator was quiet, they stood there simply holding hands. Satsuki stepped closer to Hibari and put her head on his shoulder.

"Hey, don't be too disappointed in Tsuna's strength. He's still growing, and it's not like he's gonna stay here for very long anyways." She smiled when she felt him lean his head on hers.
