Lucifer thought it was quite chilly, but didn't do anything to make himself warmer. Standing outside on his balcony, he had lots of thoughts swirling around.
"I will never, ever, ever, sleep with you"
"You're off this case lucifer. Why were you thinking?"
"Don't talk to me until you have matured enough to handle it"
Lucifer was very bitter. While he did have feelings for the Chloe, he wasn't sure that she would like him back. Well, he knew that she liked him at least some, due to his vulnerability. He had an idea.
"I'll go make it up to the Detective. I'll go talk to her right now." He thought.
He grabbed his keys and dashed down to his car. On the drive to Chloe's house, he was thinking about what he would say. What did she want to hear? He thought to himself.
He was so focused on his thoughts, he never even saw the car that slammed right into the side of his corvette.
