7:30 am Finally I got myself up for school. I did my morning stretch , you know the one when you stick your legs & arms out & squeeze your butt cheeks together? Yea that one . I went to the bathroom which was right across from my room. I took my oversized T-shirt off & panties , I threw it in the dirty clothes hamper & then I turned the shower on. The water takes forever to get hot so I just ran across the hall real quick to my room to get my phone so I wouldn't be bored & play some music .
I decided that I would wear my black Kiss shirt , my black biker jacket , black pants & my black Jordan 12s I had got when tax time came. Since I flatironed my hair last night I just decided I would wear a low ponytail.
8:10 am I walk to school every morning & it's literally a 5 min walk from my house. Walking into school is the same every morning. Get a couple stares not a lot. I stop by my locker to get my books my 1st & 2nd pd , math & science. I felt someone's presence beside me so I look to my side & see Isaiah. He's been trying to talk to me for the longest ever since Freshman year.
"Hey mamas" he said. I rolled my eyes "Hey zay" I closed my locker. "What I tell you bout calling me everything but my name ?" I said. "Mannn you know I'm not stub nothing you talkin bout" He said while smirking. I staled faced him "Nah fr when you gon let me pull up on you?" I looked at him & busted out laughing , laughing like something was really funny "not .. gonna.. happen".I said sounding like New New from ATL. "You really gonna do me like that?" He said. I started to walk off "Bye zay see ya at lunch." He sucked his teeth. Then I started to be omw to first period.
"You taking up the homework from last night Mr. Middleton?" A boy who thinks he knows it all named Nehemiah said. "Oh yea I almost forgot pass last nights homework to the front" Mr. Middleton said. The whole class sucked their teeth. "Yo beanhead ass always doing that shit , fat neck ahh" Thomas the class clown said. "Not my fault you don't do the work" Nehemiah said. "Turn yo uglahh around" Thomas said.
2 hours later.. *Bell Rings* "Okay bye y'all can go to lunch" Ms. Mathis said . I grabbed my stuff & started to walk towards the door. "Don't forget to do tonight's homework guys!" my teacher said as we were walking out the door.
Heading to the lunch I seen my only friend Trinity, she's 5'2 , brownskin , has dark brown natural hair & dark brown eyes. She's sorta tomboyish like me. We've been friends since 8th grade, she's really my only friend honestly.
"Hey lil ugly" i said. "Hey bitch" she replied. "You eating here or you going somewhere else to eat" I asked. "Bitch you know today Monday which means they serving chicken sandwiches them hoes be hitting fr" I started laughing "You crazy but come on then girl" I said.
After getting our food we went to go sit down in our spots that we sat in everyday. "I heard Zay having a party wanna go?" she asked. I stale faced her. "Oh come on bitch you don't never wanna go nowhere , tomorrow's the first day of summer let's get hype". "You know Idfw people so i don't know why you asked me." I said irritability. "I heard your fine ass brother gon be there." She said finna drool over him. "Bitch I'm suppose to care?" I said. "Man we going end of discussion" she said. "Yea ight we gon see" I responded.
On my way from school I see sheriff cars parked in front in my home. As I'm walking up I hear my ma yelling "WHERE ARE ME AND MY DAUGHTER SUPPOSE TO GO". I heard my mom yell. "I'm sorry ma'am I'm not the one who evicted you guys , your landlord did I'm just here to give you a notice." The sheriff said back to my mother.
"This is some bullshit , I didn't even know they cut my section 8 off . Y'all can't give me a little more time ?" My ma asked. "Ma'am you have 24 hours to leave or we have no choice but to come in and remove all your stuff" He started to walk off. I started walking up the steps as he was coming down he gave me a short smile and I returned.
"How much did you hear" she asked. "Most of it." I replied. "Idk what I'm going to do." She responded on the verge of tears. "Its going to be alright ma , I can ask if I get more hours at the grocery store so we can save up." I said as I was rubbing her back.
"I can ask Reggie if we can stay with him but he only has a 1 bedroom." she said. "I can sleep in the living room if he doesn't mind." she sighed. "I'm finna go call him , don't worry yourself" she got up & went upstairs to her room. I did the same.
3:00 am "Siah wake up" I felt my ma shaking me. "Get up , Reggie downstairs waiting for us , pack everything you wanna take."
I meant to take a short nap but looks like I slept longer than I attended. I got up and went to my closet. I opened my suitcase & threw all my clothes in there. I got my duffle bag and put my shoes in there & I got my other book bag & put all my women products in there.
Reggie lives on the other side of town, also where Trinity stays. Same neighborhood too , she drives to school so I don't have to change schools I can just ride with her to school.
He lives in a better neighborhood than us so I guess that's good. Reggie is 42 , tall , & darkskin. He's creepy cause he don't say much to me , just stares a lot.

"Ay pop the truck Reggie" I started putting my stuff in the truck and then I went to sit the backseat, waiting for my ma to come out.
"How you been siah ? I haven't seen you in a min , you getting grown." He said with a big ass grin on his face. "I've been great thanks for asking." I replied. I kept it short in hopes he wouldn't continue the conversation. He chuckled.
Finally I seen my ma come out she went to put her stuff in the truck & got it the car. "Shit it's cold out there" my ma said. "Thank you for letting us stay reg I really appreciate it , I'm going job searching tomorrow so we'll be out yo hair in no time" my ma said. "No take your time Jamie." he looked at me thru the rear view mirror & smiled.
We get to his house & he shows me where I can put my stuff at. He has a pullout couch that's more comfortable than the couch so I wasn't complaining. "It's not much but it'll do for now siah" he said. "My name is massiah" , I responded back.
After I settled in I called trinity to see if I can come over. *ring ring* "Hey bitch wassup you at home ? "Yea why?" I'm finna come over , that's cool? "Yea come on" Alright I'll be there ina few "Alright bye" Bye I hung up the phone and went upstairs to Reggie's room to knock on the door. "Come in" he said. "Ay ma I'm going to Trinity's house for a few I'll be back later" I said . "Alright don't come back too late" I nodded and left out the room.
I'm walking to Trinity house and as expected I see hood niggas everywhere and mannn I ain't gon lie it's some fine ass niggas out here.
Walking past the car lot where MOST of the fine ass niggas at , I had to pretend I was on my phone knowing damn well I wasn't. "Yooo is that you Siah ?" I turn around & see JD . JD is my brother Ralo friend , he used to always to come over to the house when we were little.
"Yo it is you , what you doing all the way over here ?" He asked . "I live over here now". I said. "Wordd come holla at me sometime then" He said playfully. "Alright I gotcha." I replied. "Aye you know Ralo in that car over there." he pointed to a Black 2018 Jeep. My heart dropped I haven't seen my brother since I was 8 , I didn't wanna see him I wasn't ready. "Oh alright well I'll see you la-" "RALO AY BRUH COME HEA". My jaw dropped and my heart started thumping harder than a bitch.
