Today was a gloomy cold day, I've decided to stay at home and watch a marathon of the full house on tv.

Thankfully, today I don't work since they are renovating the bakery. The boss said that we would be getting pay the week off too, which was a good thing, right?

I started to eat my snacks, until I got a phone from a number that wasn't save.

Either way, I picked it up.

"Hello" I said, putting my snack to a side, cleaning my fingers

"Hello, Miss King this is the principal from W.J high school"

"Ohh, Hey Mr. Wright" I turn down the volume to the tv "Did anything happen?"

"I would love to talk to you about it in person, if you can" I sigh

"Yeah, I'll be there shortly" I said putting my snacks in the kitchen, He said ok and then hung up.

What could it be this time.

A week ago, Sean got into a fight with a senior just because the senior was on his seat. Nowadays he has been out of control lately. Then for Delilah, she has been cutting class, and not showing up. But this time I wonder which one of them was it, and what did they do this time.

I changed into something warm, since the weather was freezing cold. Not a day goes by that I want to move somewhere warmer.

"You can go right in, he's waiting for you" the secretary said, I nodded walking in his office seeing Hennessy. I frowned, looking at her and she had her head down

"Thanks for coming, Miss King" the principal said with a smile

"Call me Katherine" I sat down next to Hennessy, I was confused why I was here.

"I know that lately we have been calling you a lot because of your other siblings" I looked at Hennessy and she still had her head down "Well, Hennessy here got into a fight in the lockers room with a classmate that was bothering her, I have asked the other classmates and they said that the other girl started" I nodded "So she got suspended for five days, and for Hennessy she'll be suspended for two days"

"I'm sorry" Hennessy said still with her head down, playing with her fingers.

Hennessy was a sweetheart, and I know that she wouldn't put her hands on someone unless they get her really mad.

"Don't need to apologize, at least you defended yourself but don't let this keep happening" I told her and she nodded looking up at me.

When we left the school, we decided to go to the grocery store and get a few things.

"Can we make cupcakes?" Hennessy said looking at me

"Sure" I said picking up a bread, I felt someone staring at me. I looked up and saw Anthony glancing at me once In awhile.

I haven't talked to him ever since he left from my house, I would see him at the block sometimes.

I got the bread, and other things I needed making my way to where Hennessy was.

"Chocolate or confetti" she asked holding the two different items

"Just get both" I assure her

"You sure?" I nodded

"Yeah, do you need anything else"

"We need pads"

We walked to the hygiene section, and Anthony stood right there looking at shaving creams.

"Anthony" Hennessy call him out, he turned around smiling

"Wassup Nessy, have you stopped being messy" She laugh sarcastically

"Corny, Where you've been?"

"I've been around handling business" he said staring directly at me, She hummed nodding getting the pads,

"How yo-"

"Let's go, bye Ant" Hennessy said cutting him off, we walked to the cashier "Your face said it all sis"

"What you mean" I said taking the items off the cart

"You didn't want to speak to him"

It was kinda true, one side of me wanted to and the other part didn't want to.

"The thing about you is that you don't think before speaking, you say thing out of anger" My big brother Mel said through the phone

I was telling about the situation with Katherine, and honestly when I saw her yesterday at the grocery store I felt some way....

"I know, and I wish I can go back into time and react a different way"

"Ant- Boy you just need to stop thinking everyone is your ex" my sister in law Skylar, also Mel's wife said.

"I know Sky, Hows my babies?" I asked playing with the strings of my sweater

"Real question is when are you bringing my niece and coming down hea" Mel said ignoring my question

"Soon, I'll see if I can go down there on the long weekend coming up"

"You better, have you talked to dad?"

"He stopped by one day and I kicked the nigga out"

"Same, he better not be thinking the everything it's all good"

"Facts, imma talk to you later"

"Don't forget what we told you, ant-boy" Skylar said,

"Yeah don't forget stupid nigga" Mel included getting smack by Skylar "Ow!" hanging up, I laughed putting my phone next to me.
