This story came to me from a dream many years ago, fueled and shaped by my own personal struggles and my personal frustration with the political stands of my current government. I am Chinese American, but my closest friends are Peruvian, Indian, English, and African. So, I am a lover of culture. I tried to incorporate that aspect into my story, but of course, it can be difficult considering my limited experience.
The story contains a number of k-drama moments that require a level of suspended belief.
