So here:

Formalities
*ですか?

*いますか?

*かい?

*でしょうか

Casualities

*いるの?

*あるの

*してた

It depends on the sentence they use..

Sometimes they only use like:

"元気?"(げんき)

"大丈夫?"(だいじょうぶ?)

Here are some questions they use:

How are you?
お元気ですか?
O genki desuka?

How have you been?
元気にしてた?
Genki ni shiteta?

What are you doing
何をしていますか?
Nani wo shiteimasuka?

What have you been doing?
何をしてた?
Nani wo shiteta?

What are you doing
何をしてるの?
Nani wo shiteru no?

Are you ok?
大丈夫?
Daijoubu?

Are you ok?
大丈夫ですか?
Daijoubu desuka?

What is that?
それは何ですか?
Sore wa nani desuka?

Is that a pencil?
それはえんぴつですか?
Sore wa enpitsu desuka?
