様(さま)-Used for like masters
ちゃん/-Used for friends(mostly for girls). elders use this to kids(girls or boys)..
ちぃ/ちゃま/たま/たん=Pet namings but you could name this to your close friends..
くん-Used for friends (Mistly for boys)..Elders use this to kids also (girls or boys)

あなたは- Anata wa means "you"..but this is mostly used..but they actually do it "Name+さん+は"
Ok,so as you can see,I added お前は...actually,usingお前 is kinda rude and disrespectful.so you might need to avoid saying this! Likeお前はもう死んでいる(You are already dead)..Well,if you like saying it,then don't say it always XD...
君は- This is rarely used..but some delinquet person/rude person use this..Of course,this is also used for formalities or friends..
