Hii! I haven't posted in awhile because I've been busy with school and family. I've been eating well but I haven't reached my goal of water to drink in a day.
I'm having a huge study thing tonight so I'll have peanut butter toast with bananas and drink water so I won't be craving food and I'll concentrate on my studying. I've lost like two pounds due to working out and not eating as much considering I've been crazy busy. I was planning on getting 8 hours of sleep each night but I've been having the worst time sleeping and have to get up early to get things done.
Spring break isn't that far away so hopefully then I'll be able to concentrate on my health since I haven't been doing such a good job so far. I'm kind of in a rut right now and going through some stuff 🤪 but I'm hoping that everything will work itself out and I can post a bit more on my stories!
