I'm trying the egg diet again!!

it's
breakfast:
3 eggs
1 green tea

lunch:
3 eggs
1 apple
1 green tea

evening:
1 apple
1 green tea

in-between meals:
carrots, cucumbers, and sprouts.

1 hour before you go to sleep:
1 green tea

Dinner:
1 cup of oatmeal

Wish me luck, i'll be doing this until I can do the IU diet. i have to get to the store first so it may be a few days lmfao
