its been a few months since i last heard from nik. hes probably off trying to find the reason he cant make hybrids like me.
i dont know what happened i found 5 packs of werewelves willingly accepting my offer for me to turn them once they heard the deal i had offered to them.
i was slightly nervous on the inside seeing my first hybrid bleeding out and dying before my eyes. all the others quickly started to freak out but i luckily calmed them down and assured them i wont be turning them till i found out what has happened and sent them all of to a safe place till i find the problem. i have multiple witches watching over them until i return
so here i am now driving to chicago to meet up with nik and stefan to figure out whats going on to our hybrids.
once i arrived at glorias bar i walked inside to see them all already here with drinks in their hands
"oh my lord..odette is that really you? sugar you are looking as beautiful as ever" gloria greets me grinning
i send her a warm and friendly smile and hug her back tightly before taking a seat at the bar with the others as she makes me a bacardi with blackcurrant
"thanks gloria your looking good too for a 114 years old witch" i wink "how is my favourite jazz singing witch anyways?" i ask
she chuckles at me handing me my drink as i pass her a $100 knowing ill be drinking more soon
"oh i know" she winks back making me laugh "im good babygirl you know me always keeping myself busy" she says sighing
"like right now..back to the problem whats wrong with our hybrids" nik asks impatiently
"you never were the patient one" she murmers making me chuckle
nik just glares at her with a huff crossing his arms above his chest waiting for her to do what he wants
"im gonna need rebekah" she says
"about that.." nik starts shes not here" he say awkwardly
"well get her here..i need her" she sighs
i tune out jumping behind the bar grabbing one more drink as nik starts shouting inappropiate things as stefan looks at the photos on glorias wall
"wait a minute.." stefan says pulling a photo down walking over to nik
"this is us bu-why ar- when did we meet?" stefan asks nik
"in the 1920's" i reply boredly
he stares at me confused but nik ends up telling stefan of their past together and says how they were bestfriends which ended up in me growling at nik who laughs and corrects himself saying stefan was his second bestfriend
"why dont i remember?" stefan asked himself looking at the photo
"obviously nik compelled you to forget" i answer getting a glare from nik
"what why!?" he asks confused
"ill answer you all in good time but first we need to fetch my sister..i hope you brought them with you vie" he finishes looking over at me
"they are always with me nik just follow me in your car" i reply walking off
i made it into my car and rang one of my witches who guard the coffins and told them that i will be arriving soon and ordered him to fetch two humans
i started my car up once seeing nik and stefan climb into his suv and drove off down the road and into an old warehouse i own in chicago. we all shuffle out our cars when one of my witches alek meets me at the door
"miss estellia we grabbed two humans as you asked" he told me with a small smile that faded when he saw nik and stefan
i turn around noticing him giving them an aneurysm and chuckle at nik in pain
"its okay alek they are friends and nik dont kill him i just forgot to mention i was bringing friends..hes doing his job..protecting the coffins" i say looking at him as alek stops
"all day everyday" alek jokes
nik and stefan stare at me shocked before stefan speaks up nervously
"how many witches do you have protecting them?" he asks curiously
i sigh boredly and roll my eyes but thankfully alek answers for me noticing my irritated look
"im suprised you havent heard their heartbeats" alek starts "theres 6 of us are that are with the coffins guarding it, 11 walking around the inside area with 2 vampires with them just incase they need some muscle and we are currently surrounded by 35 vampires and 4 witches right now" he finishes looking side to side then up at the roofs
stefan and nik follow their eyes and i watch as they go wide seeing vampires snarling and witches all ready to attack if needed. i hold my hand up showing them they're with me and they all back off going back to their posts
"all of that just to keep the coffins safe?" stefan asks shocked
"of course..dont want someone taking them do i?" i reply in an obvious tone
"im happy you take such caution in protecting my siblings vie" nik says kindly with a grateful smile
"im hurt you thought i wouldnt take the job seriously" i mock pout
alek opens the door for us and the three of us walk in me saying a polite 'hello' or nodding my head at everyone who we see on our way. after taking a few right and left corners we finally make it to the garage where the coffins are being held and guarded by witched
"miss estellia" one of then nods at me
"hello zeke" i greet politely "open the lorry will you" i ask with a smile as he does what hes told i turn to nik
"well go on then" i wave towards the lorry
he rolls his eyes at me but relunctantly hops into the lorry and goes to rebekahs coffin opening the casket. its the first time ive seen rebekah in 90 odd years making me frown but im kinda excited to see her she looks great even though shes grey and veiny.
nik pulls the daggers out he starts explaining how stefan was actually dating rebekah when she was daggered and warns her how she may be a little mad when she wakes up
"anytime now rebekah" i complain after 20 minutes of waiting
out of nowhere her casket flips over and stefan takes a defensive crouch
"come out, come out little sister..i have a suprise for you" nik taunts her
she appears out of nowhere holding him to the side of the truck by his neck shoving the dagger into his heart making him chuckle
"you know these pesky daggers dont work on me or odette" he smirks
"yes but i was hoping it would hurt" she growls at him before turning around to see me standing there
"and YOU!" she shrieks "you didnt stop him!" she shouts "or undagger me" she growls chucking the dagger my way but i catch it looling at nik
"maybe this was a bad idea.." nik chuckles winking at me
"well one you know i get aneursyms touching the coffins and two it was either dagger you so you will live or let you die..so i choose dagger you"
she 'hmphs' i laugh as courtney walks in with two humans for rebekah
"heres a welcome back gift from me" i smirk walking away leaving them to deal with their problems
"ill see you three later" i wave without looking behind me "three?" rebekah asks as stefan steps out 'least one of us is happy' i thought walking back to glorias bar for a much needed drink
