still aaron's p.o.v

once i saw emma laying on the bench sobbing. i quickly ran to her and went down on my knees besides her.

"shhh. emma. i'm here. stop crying" i said trying to comfort her

i began rubbing her back slowly to calm her down and i guessed it worked because she cooled down and stopped crying.

emma's p.o.v

i quickly dried my tears and sat up, fixing my hair and shirt, to make myself not look like a mess.

"i hate people seeing me cry" i mumbled and looked at a tree instead of aaron

"i hate seeing you cry to" aaron told me and sat down next to me.

aaron put his arms around me and gave me a side hug before kissing my head.

"why were you crying princess? i know what carter said was messed up. but he was just playing around" he asked/said to me

i sighed before i told him everything.

"you see. i'm the kind of girl that takes everything seriously. i may come off as mean, weak, and other stuff. but that's only because i've been through so much...... when i was little, my dad came home drunk one night. i was 14. he didn't know what he was doing, so he tried killing my mom. and then elai. my little brother. came skipping down the stairs and my dad asked if he wanted to go get ice cream. elai said yes. my dad tied elai to the back of truck and he began to drive away with elai being pulled. elai and my dad died after my dad crashed into another truck" i tol him and a tear rolled down my cheek just the thought of what happened before

"shh. it's okay emma. i'm here now. nevermind about the past. be glad you still have your mom with you" he told me and kissed my temple

"there you are! i've been looking for both of you!" mahogony yelled as she sat next to me and gave me a hug

"are you okay?" she asked

"i'm fine" i told her and smiled

"come on. let's go back to the hotel. i think their going to file a police report" mahogony said

i nodded and then we left

the three of us walked in bart's room and all the boys' eyes snapped on us.

"EMMA! i am so so sorry! i didn't mean anything. i-i was just messing with you! i'm such an idiot! i'm really-"

"carter! it's okay. i just take stuff serious. but i'm okay" i told him and gave him a hug. assuring him that i forgive him

"no it's not okay. you ran away because of me. we were about to call the cops!" he told me

"carter. i'm okay. stop worrying about me" i told him

"again emma. i'm really sorry" he apologized. again.

"it's okay. now if you don't mind. i'm gonna go sleep" i told them and started walking towards the door

beforeb i could open the door. bart yelled my name and i froze

"yes?" i asked turning on my heels to face them

"magcon starts in 3 hours" bart reminded me

"okay. someone wake me up before the event starts" i said and began to walk out

once i reached my room. i plopped onto my bed and my eyes drifted to sleep.

* 2 hours later *

i woke up by the sound of snoring and a strong grip around my waist.

i turned my body to face the person and see........
