A mere glance in the mirror made me auspicious of myself.I was dressed in a dark red lehenga which is ornamented with heavy embroidery and intricate design.The dupatta contains lot of embellishments which are hung at the ends to give a complete bridal look.The makeup and hairstyle was almost done when one of my cousin called out telling that the groom has arrived and they are going to see him.I affirmatively replied and everyone was out of my room.I sat on bed taking deep breaths to calm myself.The feeling you get before nikkah is impossible to describe.

Not a minute later,I received a message from unknown number and when I opened it I got the shock of my life.It had a video in which Ayan unconsciously slept inside some car with his hands and feet tied up and his mouth was tapped.

Before I could recover from the shock a guy entered my room locking the door.

"What?"I said confused with the things happening around me

My breath hitched in my throat.This was not what I expected to watch today.As he touched my arm pulling me closer it made me inwardly cringe.I took note of his facial features thats when I discovered that he was the same guy from resort who saved me from drowning into the pool.

"Leave me"I told taking my arm away but his hold was tighter than I thought.

"Stop opposing me for it will be better for your fiance's survival.You don't wish for him to die..Do you baby girl?"He said smirking at me

I couldn't believe what happened just now.Though my eyes witnessed everything but my heart remained unconvinced.I ran to take my phone and replayed the video once again in order to face and accept the reality.My mind is going insane..
