Indonesia,January 1970.Indonesian President Suharto is inspecting his Armed Forces' equipment.Indonesia has the most powerful army in the region.It's air force is equipped with Soviet made MiGs,TU-2,TU-16 bombers and American B-25 bombers.The Indonesian Navy has the strongest fleet,composed of 5 Sverdlov-class cruisers,8 Sokorry-class destroyers,2 Italian made Almirante Clemente-class destroyers,8 Riga-class frigates,4 US Claud Jones-class destroyer escorts,2 Albtros-class corvettes and 12 Whiskey-class submarines.While the Indonesian Army has a total force of 1,340,000 troops.Soviet Tanks formed the armored force of the Army.President Suharto maintains a close relationship with the Soviet Union as most of his military equipment are sourced from them.

Suharto's armed forces continues to grow as he sees the British and Australian presence on his sides as a threat.Thousands of soldiers are being produced from training camps every month.

President Suharto has also its own ambitions.He wanted to control the whole island of Borneo and kick the British and Australian forces out of it.But the combined forces of the Commonwealth is too strong for him to manage.
