6 years later

Mei was in her office and finished working on some papers. She leaned against her chair and removed her glasses. She rubbed her eyes softly and sighed deeply
"Mei...you done?" Himeko asked as she knocked on the door
"Yes..." Mei said and stood up from her seat
"That's great Mei" Himeko said. Mei just put her paperwork inside her bag and walked up to the door. Himeko stayed by Mei's side and helped her whenever she needed help or asked for help. Mei became much stricter and colder especially harsher towards her students including people except for Himeko. Himeko was her childhood friend and she was by her side. Mei and Himeko walked down the hallway together then got out of the Academy. Mei trembled a bit and coughed
"Mei you okay? Do you need help?" Himeko asked. Mei just shook her head and leaned against the brick wall covering her mouth. She felt that excruciating pain inside her heart. About a minute it vanished and Mei gasped for air. She breathed a little heavily and took a deep breathe. She breathed normally and sighed deeply
"Mei you should really see a doctor. I'm worried about you. You've had these symptoms for the past 6 years. It might be dangerous" Himeko said
"Don't worry Himeko. It's fine. I'm okay" Mei said
"Have you seen a doctor?" Himeko asked
"Yes" Mei lied
"What have they been telling you?" Himeko asked
"They're giving me some antibiotics" Mei said
"Have they been working?" Himeko asked
"Yes" Mei said
"Hm? Well the way I see it I believe those doctors are dumbasses. It doesn't seem like you're getting better" Himeko said
"Himeko please. There is no need to worry about me" Mei said
"But Mei-"
"Hime it's fine" Mei said calling Himeko by her nickname. Himeko looked at her and sighed deeply
"Well if you say so" Himeko said and looked down a bit. Mei looked at her and looked at the streets
"How is she?" Mei asked
"She hasn't spoken to me so often...I keep begging her to talk to me but all she ever does is stay inside her cell" Himeko said and looked down
"Do you still believe your father has something to do with that?" Mei asked
"Of course. Shai isn't that kind of person to do that" Himeko said
"I see. Well I hope you get to talk to her" Mei said
"Yeah I hope so too. I've visited her everyday just to let her know that I'm waiting for her but those assholes...I bet she's getting crazier and crazier the more they keep her locked up" Himeko said
"That's true. Many people have killed themselves and hurt themselves just because they couldn't take it no more" Mei said
"I just want her back..." Himeko mumbled. Mei looked at her and stopped walking. Himeko stopped and looked at Mei
"Mei? Are you okay? Are you having those attacks again? Do you need a doctor?" Himeko asked
"Why not kill him?" Mei asked. Himeko's eyes widen and trembled a bit
"H-huh? Wait...M-mei? What are you saying?" Himeko asked
"You heard me. Just kill him" Mei said in a calm voice and expression
"M-mei killing...k-killing is wrong" Himeko said as she trembled a bit
"Do you really believe she killed them?" Mei asked
"N-no...there is no way. She would never kill them" Himeko said
"Well if she had nothing to do with it then I'm guessing your father did the job and pinned it all on Shai" Mei said
"Yeah I know...you've told me before but there is no way I can prove that it was him. There is no evidence. We tried back then and they didn't believe us" Himeko said
"Kill him. It's a win win" Mei said
"Win win? What do I get after I kill him?" Himeko asked
"Wouldn't she be happy if she knew you'd kill him?" Mei asked
"M-mei...why are you telling me this? I-I mean I know you're trying to help but...but I-I don't think killing him is an option" Himeko said. Mei looked at her and sighed as she walked away
"I was only trying to help. Do whatever you want then. You can let that murder free and control your life unless you truly and deeply love her that you would do anything for her" Mei said as she walked away leaving Himeko alone. Himeko stood there watching her friend leave and sighed deeply
What's up with Mei? She doesn't seem the type of person to talk about violence. But she was abused during her childhood and lost that delinquent girl 6 years ago...
Himeko sighed and stared at the sky
Hopefully Shai will let me talk to her. I just want to hear her again and see her. It's been 6 years and she still doesn't want to speak with me...is it because of that accident? Ugh...father is still a dumbass. Why is mother still married to that asshole? When is she planning to divorce him...
Himeko walked across the streets and headed where Shai was being held for mental help. Once she got there, Himeko noticed the same person who always came to visit the place over and over again. For 6 years she always saw her walk out smiling and giggling. Himeko knew it had something to do with Shai
I know I've been ignoring this bitch but not anymore...I need answers
The grown woman walked pass Himeko but Himeko grabbed her arm
"Ouch! Hey who the heck are you?" The woman asked as she glared at Himeko. Himeko glared back at her and released her
"You know who Shai is...right?" Himeko asked. The woman just glared at her and looked away
"Yeah so what? Who are you?" The woman asked
"Her girlfriend. Himeko Momokino" Himeko said
"Girlfriend? Heh...sorry Momokino but she's taken by me" The woman said and smiled. Himeko's eyes widen and gritted her teeth
"Since when?" Himeko asked
"A few years back. Don't remember but I always come to visit her everyday just to tell her that I love her so much" Diane said and giggled softly. Himeko just looked down for a moment and clenched her fists tightly
"Anyways gotta go now" Diane said and walked away leaving Himeko alone. Himeko just clenched her fists tightly and immediately headed inside. She went to the front office and called for Shai but of course she would always get the same answer each day
"Sorry ma'am but Shai Okogi doesn't want to see anyone right now" The lady said. Himeko just growled and clenched her fists tightly
Enough is enough!
"SHAI OKOGI WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!? EACH FUCKING DAY I COME HERE TO SEE YOU BUT YOU NEVER COME TO SEE ME! WHAT ON EARTH DO I HAVE TO DO FOR YOU TO SEE ME AGAIN!? DO YOU EVEN FUCKING LOVE ME!? YOU'RE NOT THE SAME PERSON I MET! I HATE YOU!" Himeko shouted and the officer had to calm her down and leave. Himeko had tears rolling down her cheeks as she walked back home
Why!? Why!? Why!? Why would she leave me like that!?
"Why not kill him?"
Himeko gasped and stopped as she thought about what Mei said back there. She looked at her palm and trembled
Do I really have the guts...to kill him?
Meanwhile back where Shai was, she was in her cell singing and singing
"Hey bitch did you hear? Your girlfriend just caused a scene" One of the girls said who were inside their cell. Shai just rocked herself back and forth the smiled
"Awww how sweet hahahaha" Shai laughed
"Hey crazy...did you just dump your Momokino girlfriend?" The girl asked
"Maybe maybe not I dunno" Shai said and sung her lullaby
"Heh guess you have a new girlfriend. At least you have people who visit you" The girl said
"Hehehehehehehehe...hahahahahaha...hahahahaha! Yep! I sure am lucky" Shai said and looked down at the floor as her blue dull eyes glowed
Hehe...what are you going to do now Himeko?

"Sis can we go already?" Harumin asked
"Calm down. Stop acting like a little kid" Mitsuko said as she grabbed the groceries. Harumin helped her sister out and the two of them walked out. Harumin was still upset about Matsuri's death and tried her best to forget about it but she never forgotten about her. And she will never forgive Mei for her stupid plan in stopping her father thing. Mitsuko kept her mouth shut and hid her pain she felt for Matsuri and her anger she felt for Mei. Harumin and Mitsuko both lived their separate lives but they both owned a fancy store. They worked together and bonded pretty well. Harumin stayed with her mother while Mitsuko stayed with Maruta but Mitsuko visited the place by the end of the week and stayed with her mother during the weekends. Harumin slept in the bed where Matsuri used to sleep in and would usually sniff the blankets remembering Matsuri's scent. The two Taniguchi sisters walked down the streets with the groceries. During the walk, Harumin noticed a black haired woman nearby. She gripped the bags tightly and let out a low growl
This bitch again! Why do we have to bump into each other!?
Mei noticed the two Taniguchi sisters and decided to cross the street to avoid them. Mitsuko and Harumin watched her walk across and walked away heading home. The two sisters arrived home and Mitsuko started preparing dinner for her mother and sister
"Sis you don't really have to do this all the time" Harumin said
"I know but...I want to help you out. Mother needs us both" Mitsuko said. Harumin nodded and smiled warmly at her
"Thanks big sis" Harumin said. Mitsuko blushed a little and pulled out the ingredients from the bag. Harumin walked upstairs going to her mother's room then knocked on her door
"Mother?" Harumin asked
"Come in..." Soha said. Harumin walked inside seeing her mother sitting down on the chair staring at the window like always
"Mitsuko's preparing dinner" Harumin said
"Wonderful" Soha said as she kept staring at the sunset. Harumin looked at her mother and looked down.
Mother...I hate seeing you like this. I wish...I wish I hadn't accepted her stupid plan. I never thought Matsuri would get killed like that...it's my fault...my fault she's gone...
Soha has been devastated and depressed ever since Matsuri passed away. She always cried at night wanting her daughter back and Harumin was always by her side to comfort her mother. It tore both Mitsuko and Harumin apart seeing their mother in pain. Their happy and cheerful mother was gone now. Harumin did her best to help her in anyway she could which Soha appreciated so much but no one could've replaced her most precious daughter she loved and cared for the most. Soha stared at the beautiful sunset and held something that was most precious to her. Something that was from Matsuri. A picture of Matsuri when she first had her in her arms. Matsuri was so small and adorable like a little kitten. Soha held the picture closely towards her chest and teared up as she smiled a bit. She looked down and covered her eyes. Harumin teared up and walked up to her mother. She fell on her knees and placed her head on her mother's lap. Soha stroked her hair softly and let her tears roll down her cheeks. Harumin just cried on her mother's lap feeling her heartbreak again. Mitsuko was leaning against the wall with her head down as her tears ended up rolling down her cheeks falling to the ground. Hearing her mother and sister cry made her want to cry. Mitsuko gritted her teeth and tried her best to keep her voice down. The Taniguchis were all terribly devastated for the loss of Matsuri. Matsuri was the family's sunshine who brought a smile on their faces even if they were having a bad day. Matsuri's smile and company always made them feel better but now without her they were all terribly upset.
