I am writing you this letter to thank you for everything you have done for me. Everytime I left our appointments, you'd say I don't have to thank you for anything, but, in fact, I really do

You picked me up when I got depressed after my brother's death; you helped me heal myself when I used to self-harm almost everyday; I thought nobody loved me nor would do so and you taught me to love myself again; all the bits of advice you gave when I had an ugly fight with James...

I also want to thank you for loving, caring, and worrying about me. You truthfully were one of the most important people in my entire little life and for that, I'll be grateful. Nevertheless, I am in a good place right now and all I need is to love myself and live life one day at a time.
