So I'm going to making issei's faction called the dragon faction ps it's already real in dxd
So ya but I can tell u that issei will go find a perfect place for his faction after he gets revenge on the Gemory's and the three factions
So when they find the place perfect to have the faction will be they willl start recruiting for members of the faction and start having leaders and more and also they will figure out what their faction is called
So ya and just for y guys know issei already named his faction I didn't put it in the story but I'm just letting u guys know
