hi lmao that was the end so here's some answers incase this story was awkwardly worded to the point u can't understand it lmao i'm trying.

at fifteen, brendon was murdered and in a desperate attempt to find answers ryan started talking to ghosts and getting into witchcraft. brendon woke up in some weird state of being a demon, or at least that's what he thought. since he was dead and basically in purgatory, his only solution to all the questions in his head was that he was like a demon.

ryan ended up spilling the beans to a ghost living in his house that he was trying to get to brendon, and since she felt bad and knew who brendon was, she pulled a few strings to get them in contact.

she told brendon he had a job to do, a life to save, and that's all he knew.
