I'm an empty plate.
There are things you can fill in the empty plate.
Things like rice, chicken, veggies, your healthy dinner, your juicy steak, or your balanced planned meal.

I'm an empty bowl.
There are things you can fill in the empty nowl.
Things like soup, congee, breakfast cereal, instant noodles, or your fruit-filled oats.

I'm an empty human.
There are things you can fill in the empty human.
Things like feelings.
Feelings like love, happiness, excitement, anxiety, and worst, sadness.

How do we empty a glass, a plate, and a bowl?
It's simple.
Eat whatever is on, throw the leftovers to the bin, wipe it clean, and fill it with something else.
I wish it's the same process when it comes to how we feel. I wish it was that easy.
