So, Eli has a haircut, still has his gasmask, Mekhi, and everything but has something he can do with his teeth
Basically he can sprout out teeth from anywhere on his body at will. This makes him very good at offense and defense.
He is a long and short ranged fighter.
His teeth retract and go to normal when not in combat or looking intimidating.
