Y/N was screaming from the pain, the nurses tell her to push and push. Seonghwa was in the waiting room hearing her screaming making him tense, to panic. Yunho and the rest are trying to calm him down.

{Yeosang}
"Seonghwa, she'll be ok, she had a big belly so his a big baby."

{Wooyoung}
"Yeah! She's going to be alright after."

GD came in everyone looking at him.

{Mr. GD}
"I have something to tell you Seonghwa. It's about your baby."

{Seonghwa}
"What's wrong with my child???"

GD was about to answer but Y/N screams worried everyone. Than it stopped. The doctors walked out.

{Doctor}
"Who's the father?"

Seonghwa looked at the doctor and walked up to him.

{Seonghwa}
"I'm the father."

{Doctor}
"Come with me."

{Mr. GD}
"I'm coming with. And your not stopping me."

The doctor nodded and said follow me. They went to see the new born babies.

{Doctor}
"Do you see them?"

Seonghwa looked at the doctor confused 'them'?

{Mr. GD}
"Oh yes I do. Their in the second to last row in the middle."

Seonghwa looked at them and saw them. His eyes grew huge, he look at GD.

{Seonghwa}
"You knew??? Why didnt you say anything!"

{Mr. GD}
"What do you think? Ruins the surprise."

{Seonghwa}
"Does Y/N know?"

{Mr. GD}
"She's the one who gave birth to them! Of course she knows! C'mon let's go see her."

GD and Seonghwa walked to Y/N's room, Y/N looked who it is and smiles.

"Did you see them? Our twins?"
