Good evening everyone. I know that by this time you have all heard the news of Peter's passing. I would have liked to have updated this work sooner. But I haven't been able to bring myself to write anything on the matter. I know I didn't know him personally but the Monkees were there for me during a very tough time in my life. My dad had just been diagnosed with cancer, I moved hours away from my friends and family, I started to realize that I was bisexual, and my personal battle with depression and anxiety was in full force. I was constantly made fun for being obsessed with the monkees. But I couldn't help it! Those goofs got me through it all. I wish I could have been able to tell them all thank you in person.
