Eva stomped down the halls. "I am sired to your brother!" she mentioned... again. "Why would I go out with you?"
Kol suddenly zoomed in front of Eva, pinning her to the wall. "So I won't tell him you've broken your sirebond," he replied softly.
Eva tilted her head, glaring at the man. "Blackmail is not the way to a girl's heart."
"I'll settle for your pants, at the moment, darling. Your heart can come later." The thousand-year-old nuzzled the young hybrid's neck.
Refusing to give up, Eva fought back a sigh. "Vulgar..." she trailed off, not finding an appropriate noun. She shook her head. She brought her hands up to run them through Kol's hair. She sunk backwards. "One date," she consented. That was all she could promise.
