He isn't worried about your feelings, he just wants money
He isn't worried about your needs, he's just worried about what's not there
He doesn't love you
All the hugs and endless kisses
But then it won't matter when he cheats on you
He never listens
That's when you start reminiscing.
You start to think how it's going to affect your life, is he worth it?
Sometimes... you have to know when to let go
Love ain't nothing but a thing
Anybody can get caught up in the addiction, and he knows it
He has you wrapped around his fingers and you can barely peek out
Broken and hurt, you are.
Finally, you see the truth
Climbing and falling back down into the same dark place you tried to leave
Its not until someone else comes with a rope to help you out, but if your not careful the rope turns into a noose
Alone and angry. You don't know what to do
You thought life went one way but it went the other
It takes you years to recover
You find a way
You see that??
Its light! Right there!
Now your on the surface, and back on your feet
Leave him for someone else
Finally, you found happiness
