Hagrid had allowed him to fly Buckbeak around Hogwarts. While you sat on the grass talking to Lee you saw him flying around. Smiling at the thought of him happy you let it slide, but not for long. When lunch rolled around and word got out that Draco had been hurt you gave him a lecture about it.
"You could have been hurt, Harry, me and Lee saw you. Just be careful, I'll talk to Draco."
"Malfoy's such a drama queen, buckbeak barely touched him."
"But, Ron, his drama queen father will hear about this and that."
