Scamander brothers when...
You and Newt were in the ministry to try and restore your right to travel abroad. While waiting to see the ministers Leta offered for you both to come round hers and Theseus' place for dinner. After a short talk with ministers you left in a rush declining to work in the ministry alongside the oldest Scamander. While walking Theseus ran after you both and asked to talk to Newt privately.
"When did y/n get married?"
"What?"
"The wedding ring on the chain around her neck, Newt."
"We got married before we left for New York."
"We- You and y/n got married! You didn't think that telling me, mum or dad was needed?!"
"Mum and dad were at the wedding."
"Well, not you have to come to dinner with me and Leta. Because you owe me an explanation."
