Chapter 5

Maddie-

I put on my outfit from yesterday in pink and pull my hair in a bun.

"Breakfast, get it while it's hot!"

I run down the stairs with a bag of bobby pins to do Mackenzie's hair. I set the brown bobby pins besides my plate.

"Mackenzie! Mackenzie! Mackenzie Frances!" Yells my mother

"Maddie got get her." She orders

"Fine, but when I get back I better have orange juice and syrup on my French toast." I moan

I stomp up the stairs and barge into Mackenzie's room. I check the bathroom and Mackenzie is standing there doing her hair.

"Stop! Your gonna ruin your hair and moms mad go and eat!" I demand

"Fine." She rolls her eyes

We both sit down at the table.

"Mackenzie, answer me when I talk to you....." Mom goes on

While mom is talking, I receive a text from chloe.

Chloe💃- good luck babe😍

Maddie- thanks, love you see you there.💕

I start eating my breakfast.

"Mackenzie, Maddie is gonna do your hair and I have your bags by the door and when she is done we are leaving." Mother softly says

I dig the last bobby pin in her head.

"Ow!"

"Sorry!" I mumble

We both grab out bags and enter the car.

I post a selfie on Instagram of me and kenz.

Feeling confident I posted the picture.

We arrived at the white brick building. Tensing up I stepped out of our car and into the aldc.

"Hi we are here for the audition!" My mother says

"Oh yes the Ziegler audition. We need one person." Gianna says

Mackenzie's face grows wide. I stand there starstruck.

After warming up we went into the studio A and started dancing I bobbled and messed up a bit but I'm so gonna win.

"And the Ziegler is......"
