Imagine [name] had broken up with Alec and ever since, Alec had been acting cold to everyone. He didn't want to talk about his feelings and he certainly didn't want to talk about anything to do with the guy who broke his heart.
"Why won't you just talk to me about it?!" Isabelle exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air in frustration. "You can't just keep hiding your emotions Alec."
"Emotions are nothing but a distraction. I'm better off without him anyway." He snapped, though he was only lying to himself and everyone around him. He wanted [name] back and he knew if the shadowhunter asked to get back together, Alec would take him back in a heart beat. "Just leave me alone!"
