Internships. Ever since the Provisional Licensing Exam it was required for all students in the hero courses to be taking up internships on a regular. Internships for those who have passed the exam that is. Those who have failed their exam must take up remedial courses in order to prepare for a once in a lifetime provisional re-take. Only two students in class 1-A have failed their exams and dedicate their free time to their remedial classes, until today. One particular blonde has a change of plans, he just needs to pull through and open up the correct path.

"That's out of the question," Mr. Aizawa turned down his student's plea to withdraw from the remedial program without a thought. Bakugou was put into remedial program in order to catch up to his classmates, no sense in steering off the right path.

"You didn't even let me finish!" Bakugou snapped back in response, greatly irritated by his elder's ignorance.

"You cannot withdraw from your remedial classes," Aizawa practically repeated himself, his eyes of steel narrowing at the blonde for a gaze that spoke a million words of disapproval without the need to part his lips. "It's bad enough you went out and fought the leader of the Eightfold Cleansers without your Provisional Licence," Strike number one Bakugou. "I'm taking all the blame right now so I suggest you shape up and finish up your classes," Bakugou fumed in his own anger, which isn't irregular, however without his heroic prowess to scare off Overhaul, leader of the Eightfold Cleansers, just last week, many people out there would be dead or maybe even worse!

A great example would be yourself, the one hero who was daring enough to face Overhaul in the flesh. If Bakugou hadn't invited himself onto the scene, you would've been shot with one of his bullets, blackmarket concoctions that nullifies and erases quirks temporarily maybe even for indefinitely. You may immortal from physical danger, but if even one bullet had grazed your skin, you wouldn't be able to come back. Now how can Aizawa say that what Bakugou had done was wrong? He's kept a hero from visiting the grave!

Options wearing thin, "I was offered to mentor with a hero, don't make me decline this opportunity," Bakugou remained level headed for a change, he understood that what he was asking of his teacher is rather unreasonable, yes, he does need his Provisional Licence, but this mentorship holds more importance than such in Bakugou's mind.

Aizawa reacted to Bakugou's statement, folding his arms across his chest. "And who exactly offered to mentor you? I remember Best Jeanist offering you that internship last semester all to prove a point that you're desperate," Aizawa just had to point that out...

Bakugou tensed up, a vein popping from his forehead. "Living Corpse," Bakugou spoke of your professional name with annoyance. He couldn't believe he was arguing so in depth with his teacher.

"Oh," Aizawa perked up, his sleepy gaze that now came off to be inviting, interested in the matter. "Of course she would offer to mentor you," he spoke his mind nearly in awe.

"What's that supposed to mean!" Bakugou retaliates with a deep growl.

"Nothing bad," the teacher reassured. "You just remind me of (Y/n) back when she was a first year in my class just like you," Aizawa remembers you well. As if you were still in his class, even though it's been nearly three years since. You got straights A's, blew up whenever you lost a few points, bargaining to get said points back, stayed after class and trained until you dropped, the only problem he had with you was the constant reminder he gave whenever your language grew too vulgar even for a man who normally couldn't care. Besides that one flaw, you were a student he could never forget.

"Well," Bakugou cleared his throat, pushing on the subject further. "Can I mentor with Corpse instead of remedial?"

"No."
