MHA Shared Voice Actors

Hey! I’m back with another fun update! Apparently, on my older yet most popular book: Ignition: Bakugou x Reader. Everyone won’t stop freaking out because they never knew Bakugou and Isaac Foster share a voice actor. Same thing over on Fleet Enmity, a lot of people were freaking out because they never knew Iida’s actor voiced a million other iconic roles. Therefore today, I will be exploring many MHA voice actors and the many other characters they’ve voiced over the years.

This update won’t be following Japanese voice actors but rather the English voice actors. To me, as I prefer dub since I multitask WAY TOO MUCH, english voices always stood out to me more. Also, many roles of these actors are primarily from the same shared anime. Usually, anime produced by the same company tend to share their voice actors as well. Since MHA was produced by Funimation, expect to see the likes of One Piece, Fairy Tail, Dragon Ball and many others here

Lastly before I jump into things, the characters I picked out from each actor’s vast array of dubbing work are each actor’s either most iconic/famous roles, most recent roles or some roles that I particularly enjoyed. Like how I felt All Might’s actor couldn’t have been anyone else because it was THAT perfect! And so on…

Let’s start out with our main character’s actor.

Justin Briner

Justin Briner is the rightful voice of our adorable bean Izuku Midoriya. Justin is a new voice actor who began his dubbing journey in 2015 playing as Teu from Yona of the Dawn(Not Pictured). As most actors have to start off at the bottom of the barrel, Justin had to voice minor anime characters most notably his roles where he only played one character in one episode of anime much like Snow White with the White Hair, D-Frag!, as well as Dragon Ball in order to get where he is today before he landed his most iconic role as Izuku Midoriya in 2016. Justin in recent years has voiced many iconic anime males. A little bit before MHA, Justin played as the Czech Figure Skate Emil Nekola from Yuri on Ice. His most recent role as Hanako the ghost from Toilet Bound Hanako-Kun is one of his most famous besides MHA. Justin also played a role as Danganronpa’s Ultimate Animator Ryota Mitarai in the anime series. Although I was truly determined Niko from Nanbaka was voiced by a girl, Justin also takes credit as that adorable otaku prisoner. Justin’s second most recent role as Shinra’s antagonist brother: Sho Kusakabe from Fire Force is also arguably one of Justin’s most iconic roles. One thing for sure is that Justin Briner definitely fits the bill when it comes to voicing younger/cute and adorable anime characters.
