Scenario one; Scotland had been gone for the longest time, and England had turn noticeably sadder from this fact. He wasn't allowed to attend the meeting or anything. Until one meeting, Prussia had been staying with England, making sure he was okay. A sudden scream of delight came from Wales followed by a saying of 'Scotty!' Nearly everyone in the meeting at the time turned and only the European nations actually ran up to the person. The three knocked down Scotland like a dog pile and laughed. "Well, this is a pleasant surprise." He said and smiled, looking over at Prussia. The two had been secretly saying for a long while. What does Prussia do?
