The ghoul that changed the face of Tokyo, the once human Kaneki was gravely injured by a ghoul. He was saved by having questionable organs donated to him. The organs ended up turning him into a ghoul, the rare kind known as the one-eyed, usually created through a human and ghoul's union. At the start he didn't know what to do with the situation, he hesitated to kill for his survival. By the end though, he became ruthless after being tortured. Haise, although sharing the same body, is a different entity from this servant.

Dragon Kakuja: One-Eyed Rage Rank A, Anti-Self/Transformation, Buster Noble Phantasm.
A transformation that turns him into a dragon/centipede using his rinkaku kakuja. Kaneki undergoes a large-scale transformation where his body expands into a ever growing mass of flesh, teeth and eyes that consumes everything in its path. It then gains an armored shell and can generate kagune that are strong enough to cut through tanks

Rinkaku Kagune: Rize's Gift Rank A, Anti-Self, Arts Noble Phantasm.
Creates an infinite amount of kagune that he uses as weapons.
Skills:
Knuckle Crack C: Strengthens his punches and temporarily increases his Madness Enhancement from E to C.
Ghoul's Appetite EX: He can eat humans in order to regain strength and magical energy, his rank is EX because he can even eat other ghouls.
Skilled Waiter C: He is a good waiter and can brew decent coffee.
Class Skills:
Madness Enhancement E: Increases his physical strength in exchange for his sanity.
Magic Resistance C: Counters short incantation spells and reduces magic damage
