Vampires!

Annie's PoV
I began to stir awake feeling movement, opening my eyes i looked around, I was in the boot of a car. "Elena" I croaked out shaking my motionless cousin beside me. I couldn't move my left arm, it hurt really bad but right now I was focused on making sure Elena was okay. The car jolted to a stop cause of me to bash my leg in the car, I squealed quietly in pain trying not to make a sound. Someone opened the boat/truck so I slammed my eyes tightly shut hoping they didn't know I was awake. He lifted Elena away from me, I heard his footsteps get quieter. This is my chance! I opened my eyes and ran as fast as I could until a man suddenly appears in front of me with a sadistic grin on his face. "Now where do you think your going?" He grabbed my arm and started to drag me towards the building. Without thinking I kicked him right where really hurts and ran once again. But to no prevail, he once again appeard in front of me. His face turned inhuman, with red eyes and black veins underneath. Before I could even scream he opened his mouth wide, showing fangs and bite harshly into my neck. After a few seconds of me holding back a scream from the agonising pain, he pulls back gasping like my blood had burned him. "Vervain!" He breathed out realising me from his grasp dropping me to the ground. Smacking my head of the ground, I groaned in pain my vision becoming blurry. I saw a girl with short hair strutting towards us before I lost consciousness.
Soon I awoke once again on a couch by myself in the middle of a abandoned house. Faintly I could hear voices coming from the other room, I stood silently stabilising myself. Before i could move Elena walked in arms crossed and head hung low, slowly she lifted her head towards me. She rushed to my side "omg Annie are you ok?" I was so confused "what's happening, the man he drank..... my..... it burned him." I became more dizzy, "Hey, Hey Annie why don't you sit down." I flopped back on the couch Elena sitting next to me. She accidentally sat on a piece of paper, opening it up her face brightened slightly. She showed me the paper:

B? Oh bonnie! Wait how did it get here? "Elena What.... I ...... don't" I stuttered out starting to panic. "Shh shh it's okay I'll explain everything" my eyes started to water freaking out about everything. But before Elena could explain what was happening the man who took us cane running down after, his partner. "He here!" He sounded terrified, the whole thing was very confusing. He kept rambling on about running for 500years at That this man was gonna kill him. "Hey Trevor, look at me" Trevor looked towards her. "What are we huh?" They looked into each other's eyes intently and finished in unison "we're family, forever." Suddenly there was a loud knock at the door. Which echoed through the house. Rose whose name Elena told me headed to answer it "your scared!" Elena commented shocked tearing up as well. She ignored her and went to get the door, while Trevor was pacing nervously across the room. "Elena..." She looked towards me obviously forgetting I was there. "What's happening? Who's here? Elena I can't.... I can't...." I began having a panicking breathing heavily, gasping for air. "Hey Hey Annie breath please OMG! Annie please just breath. With me okay, in and out." She tried to calm me down but I couldn't. "I...I can't Br bre br breath....." I told her gasping for air. "Look at me Annie focus." She took My head in her hands forceing me to make Eye contact, I began breathing in time with Elena. "That's it. Calm done your gonna be fine. Okay. I'm not gonna let anything happen to you, I promise." She pulled me into a hug but, quickly pulled away. A man in a suit appeared at the top of the staircase with Rose behind him, Elena quickly stood from the couch and gently placed me behind her. With a blink of an eye, the man was in front of Elena. He glanced at me briefly with a smirk plastered on his face, before leaning towards Elena as if he was going to kiss her. Instead he took a deep sniff of her neck, "Human impossible. Hello there." He spiked to Elena staring at her in shock almost. "We have a long journey ahead of us." He turned and stalked towards Trevor like pray "please don't let him take us, she doesn't know anything about this please." Elena begged, the man in the suit stopped and turned back towards us. This time looking straight at me. "Well this much be confusing for you." He knelt down next to Elena as close to me as he could get since Elena was shielding me. I stared at him terrified he smiled friendly at me but Elena was terrified so I was too. "Don't be afraid, what's you name?" He question but I was too scared, his smile disappeared when he saw my bruises and the blood sepping through my clothes. He looked furious but I didn't know if it was at me, I looked up at Elena hoping she would help me. Seeing my expression she pulled me away from The man. "Elijah..." He snapped his attention to her standing up. "Please." Elijah didn't say anything too her and walked towards Trevor, circling him like a lion. Trevor began begging for forgiveness, I watched curiously at this monster who was now vulnerable. Whoever this Elijah guy was he was definitely someone to me afraid off. I was brought out of my thoughts, when Elijah swung his hand at Trevor. His head snapped clean off, I screamed terrified that he would do the same to me. Rose was distraught "You....." Elijah interrupted her "Don't rose. Your free." I hid in Elena's side wishing myself to be home with my mum. I peaked out to see Elijah in front of Elena offering her his hand "come....." Elena shock her head slowing trying to walk back. He took one step forward "Wait! What about the moon stone?" Elena breathed out he stopped shocked. "What do you know of the moon stone." I stared at him mentally screaming at Elena to stop. "I....I know that you need it. And I...I know where it is." He began moving towards us "yes?" He waited for her to continue. "I can help you get it" He was now directly in front of Elena looking into her eyes "Where is it?" He asked calmly, Elena hugged me close. "It doesn't work that way." Elijah laughed "are you negotiating with me" I was still starring him too scared to look away. "Please, I beg you let Annie go she doesn't even know or understand what's going on. She only 14 Elijah please." He looked at me debating for a moment, before ripping Elena's necklace off. "What is this vervain doing here" Elena tried to look away but he grabbed her head and forced his eyes on hers. "Tell me where the moon stone is?" He asked about more forcefully, Elena reply as if hypnotised. "In the tomb underneath the church." I looked at Elena, feeling another panic attack coming on. "What's it doing there" he asked again taking notice of my abnormal breath. "It's with Katherine." He smirked amused, suddenly we heard something smash coming from the hallway. Elijah grabbed mine and Elena's arms roughly dragging us up the stairs to the hall. He pushed Elena into roses while keeping a tight, protective hold on me. "Rose...." he sounded mad "I don't know who it is." He looked around carefully stilling holding me closer to him. Two figures blurred past us and Elena and rose disappeared. Now I was alone with a crazy murderer. He gently guided me towards a chair and broke it picked up a sharp piece of wood, like a stake. "Too whom it may concern, you cannot beat me" He moved back to the middle of the room, placing a hand on my shoulder. "I want the girl on the count of 3 or heads will role." This guy just gets creepier and creepier "it's against my morals too hurt a child" he stroked my hair bringing my hard against his chest. "But..... sometimes these things are necessary. Do we understand each other?" Once he had finished talking I closed my eyes expecting him to hurt me. My eyes snapped open to the sound of foot steps, Elena was at the top of the stairs arms crossed "please don't hurt my friends they were just trying to help me out. And please don't hurt Annie she doesn't know about any of this." He Flashed up the stairs, towards her leaving me at the bottom of the stairs. "What game are you playing with me" to both Elijah and my surprise Elena through a bomb in elenas face. He screamed in pain, as the liquid burned him. Stefan appeared shouted wood towards Elijah, Stefan then through himself at Elijah tackling him to the ground. I jumped back against the wall trying to control my breathing. Elijah had Stefan in a choke hold against the floor, I couldn't let him die. Without even thinking I grabbed a piece of wood and stabbed it into his back. I stumbled back, Elijah growled with anger. Turning towards me pulling out the stake, he chuckled "and here I thought you were harmless." He grabbed my neck and lifted me from the ground. Damon appeared and staked Elijah with a coat rack, causing me to be drop to the floor. Hitting my head in the process, my vision became blurry. The last thing I saw was Damon looking down at me calling my name, before I let darkness consume me.
